Thanx all, knowledgeable as always. And i learnt something new today, on FTSE & AIM :-) thanx Bluebelly.
Fully agree TotalTrader, on JLP re-rate. GLA....
I know Colin discussed this on a previous webcast, but IMO I think JM should seriously consider moving off AIM onto standard listing on the main market. Could open up a whole new, wider investors, generate volume/liquidity and get this SP moving UP! That with an appointed FD, IMO would be a right move towards the famous "midcap" :-) Any thoughts?
NICE RNS! Thanks JM Team :-) Now lets see that SP on the up, now and through 2020 :-)
Any chartists out there, with more knowledge/experience than myself on windows/gaps on SP chart? Looked back on JLP daily candle chart and noticed large window/gap on 2/7/2007 at 116.000! Have heard more than once that windows/gaps always close, be it days, weeks, months, years, decades. Could just be and old saying, with no merit, but would love some knowledge on the subject :-)..... LOL....Now wouldn't that be something from 2.92 to close that gap! :-p Would retire from stock investing stress.... lol :-p
Thanks TBTT, moneyhawk. Interesting times/news ahead for Sable then :-)
Morning all.... Any thoughts on where the third party copper material might come from for Sable? Does anyone know if Zambian government still own the Chonga and Akatiti tailings dams? Would be something if we were to do a deal with Zambia goverment on those tailings! From an old BMR article...( A report prepared in compliance with the globally recognized JORC standard in 2008 estimated the indicated resource at the three dams at Luanshya at 162 million tonnes (Mt) of tailings material grading 0.24 percent copper, containing 380,700 tonnes of copper.) This however includes Old Dam Tailings, anyone know Chonga and Akatiti individual resources? Also not too far, 90 miles from Kabwe/Sable.... Just trying to make a calculated guess :-)
On Windsor PGMs, from JM site
"1.45Mt of PGM and chrome rich material currently at surface on site. Jubilee is consolidating numerous sources of third party material to increase production by utilising available capacity. Targeting 60,000t per month processing rate for the recovery of PGMs, as well as up to 12,000t per month of third party material."
- so circa 2 years on CURRENT surface material and GROWING, LIFE SPAN
Also on Hernic and from Shard brokers notes,
"At present Jubilee continues to retain 100% of project revenue and earnings. Based on planned throughput and financial forecasts, Jubilee estimates that 3rd party earnings will only kick in during 2022 and be fully
applied in 2023."
- Substantial earnings LIFE SPAN yet to be realised.
On Sable/Kabwe, from JM site " Access to 6.4 million tonnes (3.2 million JORC compliant) surface material containing an estimated 356,843 tonnes of zinc, 351,386 tonnes of lead and 1.26% equivalent vanadium pentoxide"
- e.g. Zinc alone at an INITIAL 8000t per annum would indicate circa 44 years LIFE SPAN
As are many, i too am fustrated at current SP. IMO at the moment, where we at, and being held/stuck >3P we are a takeover/buy out target, and i hate to say it but 5p would probably do it, circa +90m. IMO Tjate and Dcm PGMs worth that alone....
Well im out for the week, best of luck to all SHAREHOLDERS....... :-)
Yip looks like it, LOL Hope to see a webcast soon then :-p.... Great RNS, and looking forward to going over the 2000oz p/mth soon, nice work JM team.... And metals prices on the up, zinc and lead had good day yesterday :-) GLA
Agree, onwards and upwards, like PGMs... :-)
Hi moneyhawk! Had an interesting read to your link, thanks. I find the emotional and psychological aspect of investing(investors) truly fascinating :-).... p.s. Had a quick look at SP, exactly 4 months ago, was 3.63... now around 27% down! And now with Sable/Kabwe finalized/acquired, Fine Chrome achieving results and Windsor PGMs finally started(pgm prices on the up)!!! GLA JM shareholders :-)
Hi Ronaldtrump, charttopper! Interesting idea and i fully agree..... if i recall, Northam paid Anglo Platinum(Amplats)circa 70m $ for resource, with around 17m ounces(less than Tjate). Not that long ago, 2016 if me cerebellum isnt too rusty........ :-)
Yip, PGMs prices starting to go up nicely, just need the SP to do the same :-) SHOULD bring Tjate into play? surely? Had a look at PGMs prices in 2012, when as per JM site Tjate NPV was at 1.1 billion $ and, now PGMs basket higher at the moment..... Also on proactive interview 5/08 Leon said "we see alot more interest coming from asia, on platinum, platinum PROJECTS, and come to it platinum INTERESTS" 1:51 min~ Gotta say IMO with SP at these levels, we COULD well be a takeover target.
Also on PGMs, lets not forget our 67% of 74000 Oz at DCM ;-) (and 50% of 170k t of Chrome) Realistic to say Cheetah/Xin gang lian metallurgy XGL wouldnt mind all that? ;-p Well all IMO and GLA
lol :-) i see london south east put in the **** automatically.( still a newbie to postings :-p ) A good weekend to you friend and everyone else

a WEBCAST Sumoskier :-) Majority of which SHOULD be spent on shareholders Q & A's...... IMO too many questions, and some simple clarifications needed at the moment... GLA
Colin/ Leon/JM board, PLEASE can we have a webcast... IMO SP is showing need for one... :-)
Directors talk interview up on JM Site :-)
34DegSth, just had a look at my database, as per Leons comments from last proactive interview 2.40min on~
Windsor pgm material delivered to "refinery" and that "refinery commisened". So my take is Eland have Refinery? :-), will just have to do some more research on that..... Have a great weekend all :-)
Much thanks Moneyhawk, personally i am expecting Windsor pgms to be around DCM pgms split, as per JM site, i.e. 67:33.
34DegSth, I would expect Northam to do refining/smelting as they have completed a smelter expansion at Zondereinde(northam). GLA ;-)
