Winter always looks bleak in house building. Thats when you get sub contractors going bust usually. This could fall a lot from where it is just now but at some point in next 5 years it will be double current share price.

Bought some of these a month or so ago for old times sake. . Previously held about 10 years ago and done well. See what happens.

And no I didn't buy oil. I actually treated myself to some new wheels with profits from here.

That was last year. Market looking at this year and next. Not looking great. I'd give it a few more weeks to see where we are when/if dust settles.

Sold these last Friday for 10% profit. Some bloke on YouTube said America were going to war with Iran on Monday. No point hanging around to see my 10% sink quicker than Iranian war ship. Will be back in 30 days when the dust has settled. This "war" will run out of puff shortly.

Don't forget the debt.

Made a small purchase of these in the isa. Will make it monthly and see how it goes

If we get some positive news this is looking good for the traditional autumn to spring rally . Made a small first purchase to keep an eye on it.

After holding for years

I sold these at around double current price for a small profit after holding for year. It was around the time of potential takeover. There didnt seem to be any interest so I took that as my sign to sell.

Sold these only 2 months ago at 57p. Didnt look good when there was no positive share price reaction during offer period. Glad I relied on common sense.

I sold my holding here as I don't like the share price reaction during period of company seeking offers. If the next RNS is no offers made then I didnt want to be holding. Held this for years and it's done nothing for me.

The offer will probably come in now that I have sold .

That should have said booked in 2023 for 2025 cruise.

Just back from a two week cruise on PO Arvia . Got another couple cruises coming up over next month or so.

The ships are very busy. I booked a balcony cabin in 2024 for 2025. Booked it at around £2800. Similar balcony cabin now £5900 for same cruise.

These shares are worth having if you cruise regular. OBC for my three cruises this year is PO £150, PO £150 and $200 on Princess.

This is what a well run club looks like. There is no boom and bust. Just complete dominance of the domestic scene. This season was a transition. Celtic were poor and still won the double.

Entertainment wise next season should be better. I enjoyed my day in the sun at Hampden.

I may well just hold onto mine. Had these since NFT so probably around break even. Never bought in to break even.
