Morning all . It seems strange that Flybe might be pulling there flights from Exeter to Malaga , i have used them for years now spring time and its nearly always full so that makes no sense and the summer weeks must be full nearly. and that was before Ryanair made / started new flights. Just another cockup by the BOD. The London flight from Newquay never seemed full and 3 times a day ? As a Flybe pilot said slowly destroying a good company.

I see that Ryanair is now flying from Exeter to Malaga for 20 Euro that will kill that route for Flybe as mostly they charge about 100 Euro each way + 43 Euro for a bag.

I also have complained to Brokers, the best idea is we all complain to them and send a letter to the ombudsman and see if that shakes them up as they seem to think that they don't have to tell us very much.

Morning all. Regarding lack of info from Brokers regarding the Take Over tricks is anybody reporting the Brokers to the FCA as well as the Ombudsman. Very strange replies from my broker regarding what they should have told me ( very little it seems ) very grateful for any info on this. Good luck all with any action on these crooks.

Morning all. Did anybody pass on broker complaints to the FSA or only the ODDBUS ,as they did not inform us of very much about Flybe actions, very conflicting messages from brokers regarding what they should tell us ( shareholders ). Not sure where we stand with our brokers it could be only the Solicitors will be the winners here. good luck all.

Hi all not much coming from A. L board lets hope they are not planning to cut the other share holders out ( us ) just like they did with FLYBE. What do anybody think about where these are going as i have a big holding i am hoping that they come back to a good price this year. Fingers crossed all holders.

I recently booked some Flybe flights and was amazed they now want 43 Euro per hold bag ,this flight now cost 150 Euro more than the Ryanair flight ( my wife dont like Ryanair ) thats alot for a bus service that does the same thing . I suppose we have to fill the Con Air pockets again after robbing us share holders already. Cheers all

Taverham. Thanks for that info regarding not being notified by your brokers ,the EGM was a corporate action but the brokers just seem not to care that they did not pass that on to the share holders. The same with the change of listing so we had no say about our shares /or company ( a corporate action). Is anybody going for their broker regarding this. Cheers all

Morning all. Just trying to work out a good reply to my Broker. On the RNS letter the AGM was September 2018 with results for full year. RNS letter on the 27 th Nov. informing shareholders (that was a joke ) of new meeting stating AGM but as we already had the AGM in Sept. that was really a EGM is that correct, so should have been informed about that as all share holders should have had that info. Is this the best site or should i go to Stobart site as all part of Con airways now. Regards to all

Did anybody get any RNS notifications from their brokers or did they keep us all the the dark. The brokers probably had that info or they would have had very little votes for the RIPOFF deal. I sold my shares on the 16 th Jan. 19 but they never sent me any info regarding the cash offer ( RNS 11th Jan ) from Con air. did anybody get that info from the brokers ,is it worth making a lot of noise to my broker about being in the dark regards what was going on as there was lots going on that was affecting our shares and they told us nothing. Thanks for that info, Taverham / sage looks like you had the same answer ( useless ) regarding what they call important info for us . Makes you wonder about the service they provide, these brokers must have somebody checking the RNS when it was known that Flybe was being Taken Over ( ripping us off ) ,it looks like they are all hiding under the bed and hoping it goes away. I wonder is it worth taken it further as they are not going to admit they messed up not informing us. Should we rely on the USA regulators to Squeeze the BOD and con air crowd / crooks, as our regulators are pretty gutless at getting us any return on losses.

Morning all. i have had a reply from my broker regarding what they should have informed me on regarding the meetings and offers ( 1 p) they told me they always send out important share holder info. but they never sent anything to me ( inbox empty regarding Flybe ) . The RNS 5772k said to all share holders so did the brokers get this letter and fail to pass it on to us as they thought not important ( for us ) . did anybody get this RNS letter / info about what they planned ( BOD ). I have not replied to my broker yet as need to get my facts in order. I will not say who the broker is at present but a big player. This could take a long time to sort out as have no faith in the FCA.

I sold my shares in Jan. but after the 10 th as it looked all sown up then . Lets hope the USA regulators really give them a hard time and we get some compensation from the crooks ( a sown up crooked deal that stinks of brown envelopes ) . I sent two letters to my broker and no reply, maybe they did not like my tone / questions, there you go. I see buys are still showing strange that. Good luck all we need it.

As nobody has made a comment regarding the delisting shortly. I have sold most of my shares in this company now ( last week ) , i did make some money in the past with this share but when they moved to the Nasdaq i think they pushed there luck too far and they slowly robbed us of our shares . You would have thought they would have just moved our shares to the US market but by not doing that they gain £ 10 million. clever. The only good point is we have been told properly by our brokers and not under the table job like Flybe RIP OFF. But they need 75 % t do that so what happens then if not passed. Any thoughts.

Hi all ,Well its slipping away now, all a bit strange buyers showing, if its true ? I never had a reply from my broker regarding my comments on the way it was handled but its only 2 weeks now . I have today booked some flights with Flybe for May but used cc just it incase it all stops ( flights ) had no choice but Flybe. If any action is going to be done its getting very close to time. Lets all hope that the BOD have some sleepless nights and get the just deserves , i bet there was many brown envelopes being passed around as it never showed that they sold there shares.

I also use HL i have looked in my secure messages and i see no messages from them regarding my Flybe holding ( now sold ) and the listing / egm/ take over. Did anybody that uses HL get any info regarding offers,egm. It would be interesting to know if we was all kept in the dark, also i wonder what vote they made without telling /asking us.

I had my holdings with a broker ( probably like many holders ) so they would have had my vote, i wonder which way they voted ? Did they have to keep us informed about all that was happening with Flybe as i don't remember getting that much info or am i just clutching at straws , it would be interesting how much info we all had or did they forgot to parse a few letters ? .

Looks like many are going in for the quick profit ( if lucky ) but very risky just now. You can loose so much so fast almost like Spread Betting risky.

As i have sold my holding last week due to the chance of the share price going to 1 p maybe i sold too early ,but thought it was a done deal at 1 p. Who is buying now is it holders that have already sold or buyers just on a chance ,anybody here that sold recently and buying back again as some big buys going through today. Its all a big mess.

I have now sold my shares with a loss of about 13 k, like many other holders there is a very strong smell coming from the Flybe board regarding this 1 p offer. They was buying shares at 34 p ish not long ago so why did they agree such a big loss for themselves also lots of rat smells there i think. But they might keep their jobs on the take over. The Fca sounds a good idea but they never seem to get there teeth into much, but hope they do make the effort to sort them out. The shorters and the MM have done well out of this share. The dirty trick of not giving us the final vote on the offer was the nail in the coffin for us. I cannot understand people still buying the shares unless its one of the mm tricks to get us buying ? Lets hope the papers make a big splash about this. All the media was saying last week that Flybe was sold but it was not or did they know something that we did not. It would be very nice to get some cash back but i live in hope. I used Flybe many times and the plane was mostly full that makes no sense at all.
