I know if you add the divi it comes out about the same value as before but they stated they was giving the shareholder a special divi and return of capital. So by saying that you should be better off by £3.55 a share but as the have stolen 1 of every 3 shares you had your holding value is worth 1/3 less so comes out about the same value as before the split if you add the divi.

It was a trick for the shareholders giving us £3.55 a share special Divi and then taking 1 of our shares from us. I worked out my holding before this came in and after i lost my shares the price difference was about £3 k less , Even if added the SPECIAL DiVI it was still a loss from before, so it was a special divi and a return of capital to shareholders in name only. I did not see all the Directors buying large amounts ? I sold my holding last week as it didn't look /feel right . I used to work for Pennon some years ago and always non logical things going on. The share price has to go up a very long way so you can say that you had a special Divi Payment for shareholders. This is just my thoughts some people might disagree with this but good luck to holders.

Yes the markets are so unstable its hard to say what way it will move, almost a one arm bandit. Talking about airlines i read that Virgin Atlantic are looking for some Gov. cash but are they UK based / pay tax here.? when Branson smells money he is there he is only doing the repatriation as its money in his pocket or Cayman Island Bank ( same really ). He has a cheek asking for money . Anybody agree with me on this. Keep safe everybody.

I think that one of the reasons that the exchange rates are going against us is the shorting and mm s so they can make some big money , they make the most of this big scare of markets including money markets , just my thinking. Take Care out there wear your gloves.

I wonder if Banson will try and get some money from our tax payer pockets for his different businesses as he is always passing the begging bowl around when he sees the £ sign , i don't think any of his group pays tax here ( or little ) as he is not registered here i expect , but he will try i bet.

I agree Branson and con air only wanted the slots and i bet they put very little cash into Flybe just playing a game for a little time. I suspected something was going on when they had no flights from Exeter to Malaga and return i used that service many times in the spring and it was nearly always full so made no sense in the normal way but they had a plan. I feel sorry for the staff only , the rest are a bunch of crooks but i expect they had it all planned anyway.

I think that Flybe are dropping some routes as they cannot beat Ryanair prices on some flights , i did not want give Branson my money for a flight to / from Malaga but as they have pulled the flight to Exeter i have to go with another airline. The Conair group have plenty of money so i don't see why the UK should bail them out. That does seem a high air fare to London from Newquay the Flybe ones was going up quite a lot recently much cheaper on the train the flight might be quicker but if you add in getting to the airport + check in time there is not much difference and by train you are in London not Gat.. or Heath.. I can see them selling off more slots as i think that was the plan at he start.

HL did the same with my complaint twisting and turning with words / statements after my first letter they stated that they ALWAYS inform shareholders of important info regarding shares but they soon twisted that around saying they did not inform holders of a EGM unless the company was folding what a joke. As you say a bunch of weasels and they are still playing that game lets hope that the FCA come down on them. I must get in touch with the OD and see what they say.

I was looking to book a flight to Malaga from Exeter and back but no flights showing around the end of April could it be that Branson / Virgin have sold the slot. That's what they wanted the SLOTS all looks a bit dodgy just now. Anybody else having trouble finding a flight with Flybe.

I contacted H L i had a similar response as Specky even though i complained many times to them about not being informed about the EGM + other info. They replied that i did not meet the right conditions for the payment. I did not complain to the Ombudsman as i thought they had no teeth just like the FCA. Where do we go from here that's the next question will the Ombudsman back us .

I see that Branson is teaming up with others in Spain for access to ticket sales for the AVE ( fast train service ) he is still sticking his fingers in many pies. Flybe seems to be expanding in some areas but cutting in others. Not sure how long they will keep the Malaga flight going from Exeter as Ryanair have the same flight from there from £20 a third of Flybe price + very expensive bags.

I sold most of my TCG shares last week with a loss as many others did or will follow soon, i was hoping like many that a new offer would come in but its late for that now. Reading between the lines on past statements by the BOD the truth was twisted a little just to confuse the shareholders / media it reminds me of the Flybe sale to Con air ( Branson buddies ) . I have been a holder from the days of the last divi payment so it would be nice for divi or if the share rises to over £1.30 i am out ,it's time it was sorted out for the good.

It's strange that the Turk is very quiet just now, it would be really nice to know what is really going on there. Today in some of the press its all doom/ gloom with TCG that does not help the share price also the BOD keep stating that all the Pi will be wiped out. Reading between the lines it looks like it's a done with F and company. I have been a long term holder with TCG and they went to a very low share price then ( years ago ). The BOD are looking after themselves and don't care sh---t about us. I wish i was a fly on the wall around the BOD. We all hope for a rise and some good news. but have to dream.

It's mostly buys so hope it goes on up a bit more. You would have thought the BOD would be in there buying at these prices or are they keeping something back just like they did at Flybe and shafted the shareholders . Just my thoughts but makes you wonder are they just thinking of brown envelopes.

Morning all past Flybe holders. Does anybody have any update with reporting Brokers to FCA or OD, it looks like that's a dead end, i keep writing to my Broker about not telling us about listing change / voting info but they just say they did not have to tell anybody about that. Looks like the Fca failed to act with the woodford fund that was pushed by H L, the whole lots stinks did anybody have any positive news from Brokers. I expect she will get a nice little pay packet when she goes.
