Don't visit here often but with UMBR heading to the moon (up another 21%) today and ADVFN up for sale would have thought these would be knocking on towards a £1 + not 45p!! either way I have continued to add and now have a shed load as value will prevail at some point....

BMD just put out a massive tip (pump) on OBC so likely to now fly :-)

I was also wondering what the 900/ 950 buys were all about - very odd. There is and has been a big buyer behind the scenes for a few days doing everything they can to keep those buys off our radar {and a lid on the price to allow them to accumulate} they must be getting a bit ****ed about me and Dubjon flagging the fact every day on here :-) Will be very interesting when they reveal who they are along with what ever Clem and Kids are cooking up in the Umbria kitchen. Equally expect some news on what the Israeli guy has planed for AFN he didn't buy 20% for no reason and going by his profile is no passive investor ..... lots of excitement to come, hold tight for list off!

Morning, am increasingly sure something is happening behind the scenes lots of 10000 buys been going through for few days (at or above the buy price) and a big buyer behind the scenes - share price almost being held back to fill those orders as not many sells. Someone could buy OBC at a snip by then selling the 18% stake in AFN. Possibly a company looking for a listing or reverse takeover - PLUTO? or is AFN the prize and buy OBC for the 18% stake to gain control? feel sure it will soon play out .............

Hi, It was a 98015k share trade and went through on Thur at 11:57:1 1 @ 51p although only showed after the market had closed. So about £50k not massive but when you cant get a quote for 500 shares someone was clearly keen ...

Yes absolutely that is the only way I have been able to buy (with a limit order) over the last few days did manage to grab a few at 37p last week when crypto plunged :-) must say do feel we are in for some excitement over the coming weeks/months with OBC shares so tightly held equally the Israel guy did not buy 20% of ADVFN to sit back and watch Clem and his kids do their knitting....

Hi Dubjon, I had similar challenges buying OBC over the last few days . Looks like you were correct regarding filling of the large order as a 98k buy @ 51p was showing after close. Like you am holding tight as when you remove the £3.5m (18% holding in ADVFN) from the OBC market cap we are in for peanuts yet we are playing in the same play pen as the likes of the much hyped Pluto (ARB,PIRI & RGO have all taken large stakes pre IPO in Pluto) the plan is for Pluto to IPO in June lets hope some star dust also rubs off on OBC......

Well I will put my **** on the block and say something is going on with OBC have been adding over the last few days and been really hard to buy any. With a premium being paid for any amount something is cooking in the UMBR kitchen me thinks ...
