Looking back on the trades page from last Friday, there have been lots of buys and some substantial ones at that - a tick up must surely be due?

... but looks like a bigger buy of £32k at 4.22. Something going on?

If the recent share offer to raise some capital to pay off debt was over subscribed, could P/w not have reviewed the demand and given the applicants their requests and raised more money to pay off more debt? Maybe the SP might have taken a bit more of a whack but in the long term the SP would go up due to faster profitability? I don't know how these things work so I guess it isn't as easy as just that? I see on the ADVFN forum loads of pi's didn't get all the allocation they asked for so it is obvious demand is still there for the shares.

If this share issue has been a success, then in my guesstimate, the sp should be revised to 8-9p 2mo based on the new debt levels to share in issue ratio. Anyone concur?

I 'think' ( tony.s,rc30 - you get my drift ;0) )the refinancing from the share placing has gone well due to limited stock availabilty. Worth getting in if any funds allow before the company is revalued? I have.

Took the opportunity to the share option top-up today. Only a small top up of £1.5k but given that the sp today is 4p had to do it given the offer price is 3.5p

My opposite neighbour works for them and was laughing at his share option (which didn't last long) before the fall - his misfortune my good luck on an oportunistic buy. They have a full order book with minimal debt. DYOR but worth a look?

Hmm - an order book of £1.5bn, no debt, Baroness So&So holding 49% of the total shares, good local council contracts - why the drop? It should rally back up to a more decent level in the near future?

If an EBITDA values a company at 8-9p can the SP continue to move upwards on supply and demand? tony.s and rc30 you may know why I ask.

According to info/data on the London Stock exchange, the big trade today was an 'Ordinary Trade - delayed publication request'. Out of interest. anyone care to guess to the reason for this or why delayed publications are required?
