One other point to add to my ramblings ….. if it jumps back to 6p too quickly it could be blue print to rinse and repeat…..it should need some good news to move the share price up! As for dividends, that is a worry for me! I would expect to see profit reinvested to grow the business!!!!

for what’s worth, the offering is low, 50% is a big discount. those taking now will get a 50% minimum return with limited risk in my opinion. after 6p the sales might dry up! plus it needs a bigger platform with ig going offline for this share too in june! it suited them to restrict sales too so no point going to aim before the offering. on the rns front, we can now see why no positive notes were published…..on the upside, you would now expect them to start pring the **** out of this and jumping up to aim asap….good luck

By my very quick and dirty calculation that adds up to about c25% of the total value of the company. If this were a hedge fund holding a seat on the board would be requested so they could obtain clear insight into the company!

I have modelled 14p. More of a prediction really. Any less and I won’t be happy!

Feels like this is now going to move up in incremental steps with new news dropping ie, 1) Pipe is pumping, 2) first Payment received, 3) Next divi declared ie 1/4 or special 4) New drilling........all now overseen and subject to the oil price!

i would like to see it end the day north of 2.30- that would put wry smile on face at bedtime!!!!!

Always nice to post when there seems to be good news on the imminent horizon.... I appreciate there are a lot of variables and spanners about... so dont want to jink anything - But what do people think the news of the pipe pumping oil is worth to the share price? 20p - 50p ( payments and arrears are another story i know) And divi? 5- 6p

Plus i have £2k to invest - Genl or GKP? ( a grand in each is the obvs choice but i dont have another share on my radar that is so frothy!)

Hi price currently / last quoted on IG was 1.92 - now you have to call to close? Is that because there is lack of shares to buy on the market? Does anybody have any insight to what this signifies?

I have been following the share price on and off for a while as i sold out, my buy in was originally in low 3.30s, but due to cash flow, ie lack of it, I have reset this to low 300s 290s - There I see this as a 10 & 10 share - c10% divi and 10% uplift! - just need to be patient and disciplined (of which i am neither). And sell when i hit my goal

If it shoots up before then and i miss the boat - hey ho, and good luck to the long term holders!

By my reckoning that's extra c17p per share you made on that one day flip - well done. Good for you!

This is a tricky one for me to call, my avg is 3.90,not the best but not the worst, but i was interested in their recovery and divi, however, it has has touched a few lows with macro forces at play etc... if this goes back to a 6 -7% yield then i think their are other shares out there which are safer bets... personally 9 times out 10, the market will never fail to disappoint you, well me anyway.....i am just too optimistic...i can see this going to 3.50 - which means i have pulled 80% out for c5% profit. I will review again if it goes down to the mid 3.30s. That said - this will probably only drop back to 3.70 now that i have sold out...;-). i have never played the x-divi angle but will see how it goes here... good luck all and enjoy the divi when you get it.

Can somebody remember how long the divi will be held at 29 cents - was it for 3 or 4 years? (we may have two and a half more years of divi's at this price) Feel the yield is going to suffer as the Dollar weakens too. Paradoxically, as the share price rises the risk reward is just not there for this share in my view, For Transparency my avg is £14, but i did manage to slice a third at £13.50! (hold over 5 figures worth and not the eye watering amounts i read about, but a lot to me)

Much to the consternation of members on this board -Unless the gas price / oil price increases and they get a bit more risky (lucky / clever) on his hedges I can't see the share price moving much in the next 2 years i do think he just needs to unlock / generate some cash...

PS - I might a sell a few as this normally does the share price a world of good!

I was hoping for an early dividend announcement, so slightly disappointed that they are keeping it to just two divis for the time being. Happy they are keeping their powder dry for buybacks should they need them. I'd be pacified somewhat if they got back 11.5cent dividends if there are only going to be two of them for next year. I'd like to de-risk this investment. Sadly I just cant see them turning on the export taps that quickly, something seismic will have to happen either $100 or $50 - but bobbing about in the 70s - 80s will not create any urgency to disrupt the status quo. In the UK it takes months for people to buy a house and that's when everybody is in complete agreement - So i can only imagine what its like dealing with snakes and herding the cats!

1) Divi - Given our currently operating rhythm, I am hoping for a Xmas special Divi, however that is me being optimistic. That said i do expect the next divi announcement to be Jan with a March pay date. I expect the full year yield to be around 25%. 11 cents for the next divi

2) Oil pipe - we know this has been agreed and open, when the share price will jump to £2.50 over the weekend! And not any formal announcement! There will tests etc.... before is is officially announced in my opinion.

3) Production - folks who think there is any benefit in investing cap ex to increase production in this environment are simply daft. Any sane person wouldn't invest a bean until they know the outcome of that investment. Good revenue management and cash distribution is the way to play it.
