The price of spod at the moment it might be time prem sold all them bags they got to put some confidence back in the company

I worked out if we sold the bags we have been told we have , we wouldn’t of had that RNS yesterday or the dilution RNS before

We need some truth now like when someone says I’m going to publish a report, publish it

I’m getting a little pe’d off now with the amount of reports should of been published and I don’t remember seeing any

The mill got on site faster and it came from further away , the plant was just up the road in comparison

Stark project manager said to someone that the flotation plant was not there expertise and was hoping it was going to work (I wish this someone had said something earlier)

But looking at that plant what expertise did they have

At this stage, the Audit Report in its current form underlies and supports the board decision (as announced on 30 October 2025) to proceed immediately with the acquisition, installation and commissioning of the 15-20 TPH flotation cell plant manufactured by Xinhai Technology Processing EPC ("Xinhai Flotation Plant") with the objective of enabling Zulu Lithium to produce product at commercially acceptable levels of grade and recovery. In the meantime, the Company is waiting for the OEM's conclusions on the current flotation plant and whether this can be configured to deliver further product to supplement the Xinhai Flotation Plant

The nearest tungsten to RHA is 50 miles away from the mine snowking

There is some tungsten there but the price will have to double to make it worth while

But I still believe GH would not of taken the job to fail as he was optimistic last year

4000 tons of what was put in the RNS it’s only the economics of the recovery that needs attention not grades

But 4000 tons is 4000 tons but let’s be sensible and hope for a low 2000 tons

The designed quantity was 4000 tons

2-3 thousand tons would be ok till the new flotation tips up as the civil’s are ready to go so he’s right it might not make 4000 ton he’s just being honest

And then GH has money to use with a strong future

Director Loan Update

 

On 20 July 2023 Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") announced that the Company had entered into a loan facility agreement with George Roach ("Lender") for up to £1.7 million ("Facility").

 

Premier and the Lender have today agreed to vary the Facility by increasing the size of the Facility from £1.7 million to £2 million and to waive any interest on a repayment by Premier of the Facility in cash ("AmendedFacility"). Premier and the Lender have further agreed that Premier will make one request of a draw-down under the Amended Facility in the amount of £2 million.

Can max have never sold shares but, but the shares they have taken has taken there holding in the company back to its original state after dilution 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

This was a welcomed Friday RNS and he said he wouldn’t start with prem unless there was a future bring it on 👏👏👏👏👏☕️☕️☕️
