If canmax takes this to court ,they will be taken premier African Minerals to court not premier African Zulu to court as the contract has nothing to do with Zulu , it is down to premier African Minerals to supply canmax with the spodgermin (lithium)

And as far as I’m concerned they can have RHA for there troubles let them deal with that 💩

Zulu is a separate company and runs on its own two feet as this is the supply chain to prem African to canmax (
