I'm in at this price
I wouldn't be surprised if Gupta finds finance, government prop that up with support. Gov seem very committed to reducing carbon emissions and certainly won't see this fail. There appears to be a change of tone in discourse.
A testament to a well run organisation. This should continue to make a stable return to normal profitability over the coming 6 months. Vaccinations rate around 45% now. I am comfortable with this investment, and in for the long term.
With foreign travel looking more precarious Stagecoach is looking stronger IMO.
Good to see, no one buys shares with the intention of losing money.
This is a bit of a tree shake to push PI's to sell, gather more shares and repeat. There doesn't seem to be a logical reason for the drop in SP.
Thanks I use LSEast and it is delayed. This is going to complete... Yippee . Art wouldn't dare post that if he wasn't due to complete, there would be a strong case for litigation due to market manipulation.
Where was this posted?
I expect this will break £1 this week, a strong finish today should put us in good stead.
This is a strong safe company, I anticipate this reaches 115p by the end of summer.
The amount of speculation on here is unbelievable, nothing is a certain in this game. But, the planning permission was likely to proceed based on committee recommendations. The NRW as I said before have a duty under the industrial emissions directive to ensure installations do not exceed associated emission limits and therefore do not damage the environment. As long as the social impact isn't significant, which I believe Simec will have battened down, and the abatement technology is in place there will be no concern about obtaining a Environmental Permit.
Financing isn't something I am particularly well versed in at this scale however, it seems the Hana Financing that is provisionally agreed is mutually exclusive from the other noise.
IMO, I think that this is a good entry price to any interested investor, and existing PI's should not be scared by this transient change in SP. Things will improve from here. Trust in this technology and the uniqueness of this organisation. DYOR. All the best.
Hi, have you seen a large purchase come through?
I really don't see how a call in is negative, the Welsh government have a more strategic view and better resource availability, it is a given that it may take slightly longer due to bureaucratic processes but I don't feel it will impact the outcome. The Environmental Permit, permitting process will also likely be granted subject to the plant meeting all associated emission limits. They will stipulate tight controls in line with BAT but rightly so. There is a general consensus that shipping our waste 'NIMBY style' to pollute less developed countries is inappropriate and unresponsible. SIMEC will present a compelling representation of waste life cycle and the EP is likely to be given the go ahead, it is just a matter of time. Becoming an independent greener UK is clearly a hot agenda topic right now, I see this project as complimentary to that vision.
It is likely transformational news will only drop when both markets are open.
Sell price on HL now at 0.27
I understand that yesterday the market were expecting to become on step closer to rubber-stamping the project. However, the credentials haven't changed, only
a slight postponement pending a decision about whether this will be handled by the District planning department or the centralised National planning department. It provided a good entry point for new investors, and provided liquidity for the stock. And fundamentally nothing has changed. Let's hope for a blue day and some rebound action, resistance found at 19p yesterday seemed to be strong.
Good company, good prospects, good entry. Just jumped back in at 19p. 30,000 shares
In terms of a EPR application the local agency will ensure compliance with BAT, and will be keen to back a project which reduces fossil fuel utilisation. In terms of the planning department they take in to consider much wider contextual factors such as, infrastructure, noise, construction, economic impact, people impact etc.
Clearly playing this short.
A much better position than we were in yesterday, profitability is there just need to get the R rate down and vaccinations up. Transformational CEO incoming, good entry price to make gains mid to long term. Slightly derisked and movement out of this pandemic is in sight. At this price it is a buy for me!
I saved my self a 5% loss and brought back in at 1265p. This is the first time I have invested here. I feel I brought in too high in hindsight. This is something I will continue to load up over time.
