The product has a shelf life. You would be wasting your money if you stocked up on it jgj99. It degrades really quickly as well if not stored correctly.
When is the takeover completing? It seems to drag on forever.
Looks to me like the cellular goods part of the new co will quickly disappear (assuming the RTO does complete), unless sales dramatically improve.
When Amran (sorry, now also Tread79 and probably also JBsok) refers to doom and gloomers, what he means is investors with a realistic outlook based on facts, as opposed to his weasel words which are not based on facts, like the recent statements - "When the bounce comes it will will bounce hard" or "I believe they have a lot of major plans in the pipeline" or "theres a reason so many uninterested eyes are on this".
Now, I can understand ( if he has loaded up big time on this one and he constantly states that he has bought more) that he wants to believe all the ifs and buts in order to recover the losses. No harm in being optimistic, but he keeps insulting anyone who dares to state the obvious. If he stopped doing this, it might be a more pleasant forum.
Also, I like the bit where he states that the "doom and gloomers have unrealistic expectations". Unrealistic Expectations should be his next user name! He regularly quotes an impending SP rise which of course never happens, whilst the SP continues to head further south as each week passes by.
I am beginning to think he is actually a BOT, just churning out the same messages over and over again.
Anyway, it would be boring without him. If this company ever does start to improve (and I hope it does), I can't wait for the "I told you so" claims from him.
Just a reminder that lgo has NOT been abusive to every poster here. Not even close.
Laughable Amran that you post under various accounts and invent stuff that other posters have never said to suit your narrative and then you whinge about other posters supposedly having multiple accounts, when it is you who does this.
Cannaray benefit, but not CBX. Distribution channels won't make any difference. Nobody is interested in paying for the overpriced products. That's why the SP keeps heading south as each day passes. Consumers are not mugs. The price is ridiculous for re-packaging another company's produce. The company has been run by absolute amateurs who have fleeced the shareholders. Yet there were plenty of posters on here who fawned over everything they did.
Of course, in Amran's filtered world, the SP is really sitting at about 50p.
It's not negative Tread79, it is realistic.
Industry standard is another term for ripping people off. Most directors and chairman nowadays pay themselves ridiculous salaries without any justification. Far more pro rata than 20 or 30 years ago and the reality is that they often make little or no difference in larger companies. Just parasites. If CBX were smashing it, then they could maybe have an argument, but they failed. Typical reward for failure.
Plenty of new starts pay themselves minimal amounts until they make a success of it, but there are too many self entitled hapless fools who think they should be paid handsomely because they think they look the part, like some of the clowns on another TV show, The Apprentice.
CBX didn't pay peanuts and still got monkeys.
I have said it before, if the CBX team went into the Dragon's Den with their plans, they would laughed out.
I still think the biggest problem is the pricing. Way too high to attract enough customers to make it a success. They can have some premium products, but do them as a separate range or brand. I can't see anyone buying these in the Cannaray sales channels at the current prices (assuming that is their plan).
Quite right windows. The salaries for directors are crazy and not anywhere near realistic for what they contribute, but unfortunately companies pay these levels. However, a new company with no real sales should not be paying anywhere near these levels. The usual nonsense about them being "top notch" and "lucky to have them" because they worked for the likes of Unilever etc., is hogwash. If they were so good they would have stayed at the big companies, but they see easy money and jump.
Anyone who buys or sells based on what they read on this message board is a mug and anyone who believes in the chart nonsense is an even bigger mug.
FG has made a handsome living for over 20 years with this company (under one identity or another) and it is the same old, same old.
You are delusional Addison if you seriously believe that what anyone posts here has an affect on the SP of any share. This is just one share messaging forum with a relatively small number of contributors.
The posts from certain people implying that negative posts are just an attempt to "get your shares on the cheap" are laughable and tedious, but everyone is free to post what they think. The same goes for the conspiracy theory posts about MM's playing games. This is a two bit share. Or the constant querying of whether a trade is a buy or sell. This is not the London Stock Exchange. It is not accurate.
As for the RNS, just full of weasel words, as usual.
This is a lifestyle company and has been for the many, many years it has been in existence under the various guises. They throw in some waffle about Quantum computing and BTC (which they still have no involvement with) and some people can't wait to throw money at this (or, so they claim).
Good old Amran. Keep it up. Just to refresh your memory, I am invested here. As StillaNovice says, why on earth would I waste any time here if I wasn't. If I wasn't invested, I would never have even heard of this London South East website.
Social media is completely overrated. Despite what some dozy politicians seem to think, the views on social media are those of a tiny minority.
"Probably last few weeks or even days left to get in at ~1p"
Yeah, said no one ever apart from you. You think it is going to be sub 1p soon? Is that what you are trying to tell us?
Yeeeeh, Amran is back. Good to see you back.
Yeah. Strange how team Dreamers have all disappeared. Sure they will be back. Unless of course they have elevated to a higher level. A world where CBX is a massive success. A world where you can't belong if you say anything remotely sensible. Might get a bit boring without their daily rants about CBX. Or, maybe they have finally come to their senses and realised how bad this company is, but I doubt it.
AM01 was posting as Amran previously. He has claimed to be topping up and averaging down since the launch of CBX. It's like groundhog day with his comments. Talking as though he knows what CBX are planning and making statements as though they are factual. Or, how the SP will miraculously increase for no reason (and of course it just heads on a continual downward path). He used to say it will jump to 25p and 50p (when they didn't even have a product), then the predictions dropped to 10p and 15p and they keep getting lower as time passes. Some sort of spurious reason is usually trotted out to try and substantiate the ludicrous predictions. I am sure he knows this is a disaster, but tries (like some others) to convince himself that it is all rosy because he needs it to improve. Nothing wrong with that, but no need to give abuse to others who simply state the obvious and then bizarrely claim they are doing so to try and get in cheap, or steal your shares. Or call them trolls because they don't live in his rosy filtered world where CBX are a roaring success.
Having said that, I enjoy reading the nonsense sometimes. Would be a bit boring without it. Keep it up Amran (assuming you haven't filtered me and read this. I am sure you don't actually filter anyone, because you enjoy reading what they post and slating them for it).
When are we likely to see recent sales figures for the CBX products? That is the most important factor.
I see a few posters think the CBX products will automatically go on sale in the supermarkets where Cannaray products are currently on sale. I would very much doubt that. It will be up to the supermarkets what is stocked on the shelves and I can't see them agreeing to stock products in the price range that CBX sell at. The supermarkets, for instance, sell perfume and aftershave (or, I should say, they stock the stuff), but it is the cheap stuff, not the premium priced stuff. Hence, why would they stock the premium priced CBD and CBG products. The Cannaray and Vitality stuff is lower cost and I have still to see anyone even look at it, never mind actually buy it. Maybe doesn't help that it is locked in a little cabinet, but that's because it is probably more likely to be pinched. It's going to be interesting to see what Cannaray are planning to do with the CBX products.
I get that some people want to be positive, but some delusional stuff on here. No CBD/CBG company will ever be a household name, doesn't mean they can't be successful though, but household name, not a chance. If you truly think that, then you don't understand what a household name is.
Also, if you are under the age of about 40, you won't remember HC. Suggests they were targeting the older generations. Cannaray may change this, but then again, they use CW and she is a similar age. Strange, because stats in the US point to the younger generation being more likely to use and repeat buy these products. Not the gen X or boomers.
As for top quality. Products don't succeed just because they are top quality. They succeed because people are willing to part with their cash. Plenty of top quality products come and go without success.
I also don't get the comments about the likely sports range of products and how they need to get them out while the World Cup is on next month. Maybe I live on a different planet, but people don't suddenly rush out to buy sports recovery products just because a major sports event is on.
I wonder what Cannaray will do with the CBX products if sales do not improve.
