The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Reminds me of Redx Pharma - good drugs, good science, and (at the time of being put into administration) appalling management. On coming out of administration, lots of changes were made to improve Redx, and now they are making huge waves in the clinic. Looking forward to seeing a similar trend here
Totally agree, hopefully it should be easy enough to get the money together, though the full list of creditors is likely much larger. Let's see how it pans out, hopefully it's a mere blip
Glad to see you over there Basscadet. Are you in on DDDD too?
Redx Pharma had MUCH worse than Duncan in charge
I think it took 6 months or so for the administrators to raise the cash and give back responsibility to the board. A bit of a reshake, restructure and they are back in the game. Shareholders who braced the lows are still there now
FYI Redx Pharma went into administration over a loan given by Liverpool City Council. Share price plummeted to about 6p. They are now sitting at about 65p
Did anyone follow Redx Pharma? Very similar story...
Great news about Lisa Anson (CEO) buying shares, looks like she might know something positive is going to come out!
I think you might be right, don't think I've seen it mentioned as a combination therapy before.
Half a million from the board at 57p has to show a lot of confidence?
RNS out - anyone any views?
I see, but why?
Anyone been watching the weird sells of 3 or 4 shares at a time? Any rationale?
Is the webcast that you're referring to the one on Friday 25th September (Healthcare R&D Update Call), or the, presumably non-related webcast on Wenesday 23rd September (SEMICON Taiwan 2020). I'm not sure either are relevant
Opening at 90 is a strong start
;-) I would hope so
Fantastic news, not only money in the bank, but really reinforces how fruitful the collaboration with Jazz is. Things must be going well, otherwise why would they decide on a second deal. Anyone got a feeling for how this will effect the share price?
Great news - cheers for passing this on
On the corporation actions message, is there anyone you can contact to discuss it further? I've not received any notice, but your message sounds pretty conclusive about a takeover.
Totally agree
Is there a way to figure out if we're all going to be forced to sell at 15.5p? My broker is online so not much help, and I've not received any notices (as of yet)
