Canmax has conditionally agreed to subscribe £5 million before expenses for 1,428,571,428 new ordinary shares ("Subscription Shares") at an issue price of 0.35 pence within 15 business days following the entering into of the Subscription Agreement. Beware of people who give you stock tips with random price targets. They are likely pump-and-dumpers who are trying to offload their shares at a higher price. Newbies often fall for this scam and end up losing money.

I do have to say that Lloyd was overdoing it here by constantly deramping the stock, not just once in a while like everyone else does. But then again, every share forum has pumpers and derampers. However, I am going to say that GST will need funding very soon as the FCA sandbox plan was rejected. I don't know when, but it needs to be done to pay the bills.

You should have taken my advice and invested in it rather than pumping here. GST is slowly sinking without news. The FCA sandbox rejection is a major disappointment to investors and the board of directors.

I'm guessing that a placing is on the way to keep the lights on until Christmas.
