Could that be classed as tax evasion, via the back door? Maybe I should start paying my 3 lads on the ladders via some sort of tax (avoidance) method.
Obviously I'm a holder of ITV but not a fan of the Dame....she stinks.

Without having to scroll back hundreds of pages has there been any response from the top over the verdict yet?
Thanks in advance

Personally I couldn't care a monkey's about whether or not they had a booze up or not. I'm more surprised by the amount of zombies who take any notice whatsoever about any "orders" they dish out in the first place. He'll be toast, just like the rest in the not too distance future.

There can only be one reason why anybody holds this share and that's for the possibility of a takeover. Terminally ill SP, poor management, no dividend payment. An orangutan could have achieved more than the current boss.

Thanks Nige. Any ideas on what the BT discussion board think of his position? I've had a quick read up on the page etc. Plenty of positive news and upgrades. Surely he couldn't bid....where's the money coming from ?
Thanks all the same and apologies for posting on the ITV forum.

Thanks 3card and apologies for the late response, I don't have a signal from the care home after working hours. I've had some bad experiences from precious metals & minerals as I've been engaged 7 times and invested enough cash already. Decided to stick with ITV for now. If I can get to around 1.50 with ITV I'll more likely take some out and put into BT if the timing is kind enough.
P
Thanks for getting back to me Nige. Had a look earlier and seems plenty going for it at the moment. I can almost be certain the moment I sell ITV...........well, you know the score. Maybe sell 50% and double my chances ?
P
Serious question - While I'm waiting for the Holy grail possibility of a takeover at ITV, has anyone got any other possibilities of a takeover target ? My plan is to sell ITV, invest into a takeover target, make a few quid then buy back in just in time. Simple.

Although its great to see the sp in blue for a change I have to ask myself how much of the "good news" can be attributed to the board ? Not much I'd say as most business's were likely to produce better results post Covid. Some on here, and its not intended as a criticism, support ITV as if it were their local football team and if it was, ITV would have sacked the manager and been relegated a long time ago.
I'm in it for the money and the Dame's done zilch for the sp since she started.

I've a feeling this is going to bleed tomorrow. It is what it is though and the boss won't give a damn in any case.
Must be a great position to be in when it doesn't matter how good or bad you do your job, you get paid plus bonus's whatever. Bit like the civil service really, unaccountable, useless, never had a proper job, where the threat of a boot up the backside is not on the radar.
P
I'm considering selling at an approximate loss of 30k. I might as well roll the dice elsewhere and try and at least recoup something....any tips anybody?
I'll see what happens tomorrow then I'm out whatever. Just can't see the situation changing at ITV with current CEO in charge.
