Re the later than usual AGM date. I wonder if they want it as late as possible because they want to announce big news then and want to have as much time as possible to conclude their business?

Fingers crossed, pal. We need concrete news to get the institutional investors on board. Once that happens, the sky is the limit.

Thanks, pal. Appreciate your reply. I’ve been reading. It seems that a PSC is generally 60:40 or 60:35 in favour of the government. So UPL would be paying out roughly 75% of its cut to its partners. 10% of a huge wedge of cash is still a huge wedge of cash.

Is 10% generally ‘the going rate’ with PSCs, Stock? Is there potential for the UPL % being a tad higher?
