Respectfully, I’m not entirely sure how I’m being daft. I know some knuckles have already been rapped for oversharing on social media - if that’s your point. Unless your tweet comment was referring to my message. In which case I’m completely in the dark.

I like a bit of gossip about the future of UPL as much as the next person but I wish you wouldn’t quote sources so readily, Stanley. I think I know who your source might be and I can imagine him being disappointed that ‘big news’ rumours are being spread on here when all the dealings are being done quietly and with a necessary shroud of confidentiality. I know you haven’t named anyone but I’d rather anyone even vaguely ‘in the know’ would keep schtum. Today’s tweet was huge I thought. And I believe that UPL would not have posted that if huge announcements weren’t on the horizon. It was a big and bold statement: “A Transformational 2026”. I’m utterly confident but I don’t feel the need to chip away at the company’s decision to (in the main) not disclose anything until the time is right.

Very interesting. Concrete news linking UPL with three of the ten Indonesian fields. I wonder if the new Lost Soldier connection will help push UPL over the line here.

Punters investing $10,000 in Marc Bruner’s Ultra O&G company ended up with $13m. And he is on record stating that his current project in Wyoming could be bigger still. There is no way he’d link up with UPL and allow them to have fingers in his American pie unless he knew that UPL was on the verge of something truly massive in SE Asia. The only way is up, up, up, lads and lasses.
