Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
If you say “strong buy” you encourage people to buy, strongly.
I have never cast my “opinion” merely discussing the facts at hand.
Again, unlike others speculating a “strong buy” without being able to formulate any conjecture as to the reasons for this.
Other than calling people rude names of course, which doesn’t count.
And btw and let’s by crystal clear here, as I don’t want you to inadvertently make misleading statements on this board, but I haven’t ever advised anyone to buy or sell this instrument, in any quantum, unlike others here urging a “strong buy”.
My opinion is just that and stands, please don’t post inaccurate and wildly misleading comments such as those in your post, it’s very inappropriate.
“ Only a fool would buy or sell atm “
Lots of fools on this board then aren’t there? And in the wider market going by the trading, moreso the ones proclaiming that this is a “strong buy” and those blindly backing those statements.
Do you even have a grasp of what you are invested in, and the significant risk to your capital?
I guess you don’t, as you are still defending the indefensible.
Or maybe this ?
“The authorised share capital of the Company be and is hereby increased from €46,000,000 divided into 5,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each, 3,000,000,000 Existing Deferred Shares of €0.009 each and 1,000,000,000 2019 Deferred Shares of €0.014 each to €48,000,000 by the creation of 2,000,000,000 New Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each ranking equally in all respects with the existing issued and unissued Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each.”
Nothing to do with this little nugget then.
“The share capital of the Company is €48,000,000 divided into 7,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each (“the Ordinary Shares”) and 3,000,000,000 Existing Deferred Shares of €0.009 each (the “Existing Deferred Shares”), and 1,000,000,000 2019 Deferred Shares of €0.014 each (the “2019 Deferred Shares”)”.
to drop a RNS reminding the market how much the directors etc are owed plus interest, and how much they are therefore able to convert at a discount.
You must be an idiot to not see what’s coming next.
SOG they are certainly keen, or thick. Probably both.
Were that the case it wouldn’t help KIBO anyway would it?
Utterly clueless.
Clueless.
I said the board had a plan.
Looks like they will have the majority to vote through a consolidation and further placings after all despite what some have said on here.
Tumbleweeds.
Chadster you are so uninformed it’s not even funny, you very clearly don’t understand market mechanics.
It closed down today even with that 15m trade.
It doesn’t take a genius to work out why or to be able to read between the lines of a RNS.
How much of that figure do you think will actually come to KIBO once the debt has been serviced?
You don’t really think there’s not a whack of debt within those SPVS do you?
And Chadster, before you go all frothy on us, perhaps you missed my earlier post re MAST?
Where is Close Bros funding ? How are they going to compete when most other peakers'are having to make money (over and above their low value capacity auction payments) from trading in the markets, needing big expensive and experienced teams ? What are the borrowings with the Pyebridge and othe SPV's ? How much of a year's 'EBITDA' does their repayment take away ? Why wasnt anything mentioned about the need to fund each SPV and its kit in the listing 'prospectus' ? Etc Etc
Chadster - if that really was a buy from today, and not just a trade from earlier in the week that the MM have delayed printing until today ( which they can do ) why is the ticker showing red, when surely with that sort of a purchase and such low volume, it would be blue.
It’s not from today.
THINK.
If the silence from certain parties on this board is due to the fact that they are now inside on a placing..
That JV expired in 2017 and licences returned.
Next!

10 months on since Close Bros started their due diligience and still no update on funding. Erk.
For some there’s really no hope.
Would say it’s likely odds on isn’t it?
With the current cash burn the next fund raise can’t be far off.
Wonder how much of the drawdown facility they have gone through?
And how it’s going to get paid back?
