The most likely outcome here is 0.00 for shareholders, the "interested parties" will only secure what EUA has wilth money if they plan to do something with it in the next 10 years. They are confident in picking these licences up for next to nothing when they want them which will be 15 to 20 years away at least. For those that genuinely believe that this will be bought up for north of £10m are smoking some strong stuff.
