Ywan, hot air. You are just twisting the words to deramp. None of the questions you posed are valid. And you didn't answer my earlier questions.
Dr. Yacov Reisman has some 65+ publications and many achievements inlcuding MD, PhD, FECSM. Prof Ralhp too has many accomplishments. Should we listen to their expertise or some derampers talking nothing but hot air day and night here?
Do you think every Prof/Doc analysed the data and talked about has links to FUM? What do you say about the data collected from 1000 patients from 60 centers which were overseen independently and parelly? Do you think FUM somehow manipulated that?

BRITISH scientists have invented a non-drug gel for erectile dysfunction that could be on the market later this year.
It contains only alcohol and water and works in just five to 10 minutes, according to researchers who trialled it on 1,000 men across Europe.
Experts have been trying to make a cream or gel for men who struggle to get an erection for years.
Now they claim to have found the solution, with men needing just a pea-sized blob of gel to fix mild, moderate and serious erectile dysfunction.
Scientists and doctors were stunned that such a basic combination could solve a problem for millions of men.
The original gel contained a small amount of the explosive nitro glycerine, which is also used in some heart drugs.
But a new trial confirmed that alcohol and water is all that is needed to give men a boost in bed.
While Viagra and Cialis pills are the usual treatment for erectile dysfunction, both take at least an hour to take effect.
Some men also can’t use the pills because of their side effects, and a significant number say they don’t work.
Med3000, made by a company based in Guilford, works in less time than pill treatments and will be available in pharmacies without the need for a prescription.
Over 60 per cent of men who took part in the trial achieved an erection within 10 minutes.
Ken James, a senior manager in the firm, said: “Because there is no active drug part of our gel we are applying for it to be approved as a medical device.
“We hope to get the go ahead either for later this year or early next year. There have been 12,000 acts of intercourse using it and it has been very well received by people in the trial. It works well on mild, moderate and severe erectile dysfunction.
“You put a small blob of it on the end of the ***** and rub it in for 15 seconds. First the user feels a cool sensation, then it warms up. In a few minutes men report that they start to get an erection.
“About a third of couples used it as a normal part of their love-making with the woman rubbing the gel in.”
The company plans to sell the product for just a few pounds in small discreet tubes, similar to those used for travel toothpaste.
Mr James said the problem of erectile dysfunction was now affecting younger men because of the increased availability of porn on the internet.
“They get an idealised impression of what sex should be like from porn and they find it difficult to live up to those ‘role models’. They get hangups and start struggling to perform. Hopefully using our gel will restore their confidence in having sex.”
Professor David Ralph, an erectile dysfunction expert at University College London Hospital, said: "The company could be on a winner here. Viagra was an accidental discovery. I have not been involved in the trials. But it's fascinating that just rubbing alcohol and water into the tip of the ***** work
" he is paid by FUM and will feel obliged to back up the FUM storyline". Someone should report this baldy guy for spreading lies. The derampers ar desperate. IMHO, the first thing you should do is closing your positions and accept whatever the losses or profits and move on.
This is really good news. From the RNS.
Since the announcement on 28 January 2020, significant progress has been made in discussions with the Bidder and therefore the Board of Redx has, in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code, requested a further extension to the PUSU date and the Panel on Takeovers & Mergers (the "Panel") has consented to an extension of the relevant deadline, until 5:00 p.m. on 28 February 2020 to enable the parties to conclude their ongoing discussions.
@Lord you are funny. You came here as someone wanted to learn and invest your money and quickly turned an oracle deramping with clear agenda taking about possible TPR100 failure, poor website and comercial parteners. Any company and the board works on what's the most priority based on the funds they have. Do you know if there are no background talks with partners? Or may be they are completly occupied with analysis or the other products? Things like partnering will not happen in flash. They don't work to keep the stock price high by maintaining a flashy website. As far as I see, they are working on product with good value. That's what matters the most. Any real inverstor go by RNSs not by complaining about poor website, predicting illogical things with some agenda. Close your positions in CFDs/Spreadbets/shorts before you are caught terribly. IMHO.
@Likey, that's how AIM market plays. Didn't you see EUA raising 14X fold. In October it was 0.47, today 7.20. There were some mining shares in Nov which have gone 500%. Pharma and Mining are volatile. FUM has plenty of news coming. It has potential to reach back to 40s easily.
It doesn't matter if P3 is fail or not as long as there is progress and value. I did my research about the standards and protocal they followed for the trails. Its good sample size with number of docotrs invovled. Based on the results it is defintily high value product. Docs oversee when the data is collected. I don't think they can make every doc to say what the company wanted. I belive there is real value in it.
@Mailman, what you wrote is wrong - "Dermasys (placebo) was used as baseline in the trial". Read the below carefully.
Don't mix baseline and placebo. Baseline is data collected on each EDF patient by doctor across different regions following the same standards that have been followed in other EDF trails in the past. The whole process established the point of patients' problem. Dermasys has been used as placebo because it has been already approved as vehicle to take the chemical drug into the body. All along its funcationality has been assumed and designed only for taking the drug into the skin. Based on that assumption, it has been taken as placebo. But the results turned out that the MED2005 and Placebo produced the same effects. MED2005 has chemincal effects where as Dermasys has physical and mechanical effects. That's why they are taking the device route which may help the regulatory process quick and easy.
There were number of medicines found accidently and became extremly sucessful in making money. Viagra was found accidently. Minoxidl (used for baldness) has been found accidently. Do you research how much they both made.
LTU, whats your point? My answer was why high regard for Adams. School kid can tell that it went down based on the current price.
Looking at your initial post, I thought that you are hear to learn to decide to invest or not. But your attidute clearly indicates subtle deramping or you made up your mind based on info gathred here.
@GeordieShores, alternative route is bigger. It doesn't require prescription and can sell e-com sites easily. Devices sell at higher prices than the pills. Imagine the market of Minoxdil if it were to be from prescription.
Tav, I replied your suggested response to them yesterday. But that was what I got. I replied now again with the following one -
Hi XXX,
Thanks for your response and appreciate your time.
1. Can you please elaborate the following one from your e-mail?
"this meeting did not coincide with our classification of a corporate action"
2. What is the criteria for your classification of a corporate action? And how did the meeting not coincide with your classification of a corporate action?
3. You mentioned that the changing of listing is a common occurrence and itself does not materially affect my Shareholding. That is not true. It affects in the sense that the standard listing will give the BoD control to sell the assets (over 25% of the assets). Giving up of shareholder's rights to the BoD will affect the holdings. This asset stripping is without shareholder's approval. And it is also without the approval of changing of listing. I didn't get chance to approve the changing of listing.
4. There was already an ongoing Corporate Action - Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), type of corporate action that bring about material changes to companies. The EGM was initiated by the BoD and is part of that corporate action (M&A) requesting the shareholders' approval for listing change in order to facilitate the execution of that M&A corporate action. Hence the EGM requesting the shareholders’ voting requires the notification to the shareholders. I should have been provided with an opportunity to vote. It would then be up to myself to decide what action I wished to take and therefore I do not accept your response and wish to escalate the matter in line with your procedures.
5. You mentioned about - This is stated in Section A28 of our terms and conditions. Can you please provide me the reference to that and my agreement to it when I opened the account with the HL.
6. You also mentioned that action taken by Flybe is not ideal. If that's the case, isn't it advisable to reach out to the FCA on behalf of HL/HL shareholders?
7. You mentioned that at the time of the EGM there was no knowledge that the company would undertake the action that they have now taken. If that’s the case, isn’t it lack of transparency from the BoD. I would say it is misleading by the BoD in order to undertake the action without providing the shareholders knowledge to act upon? This is another reason to reach out to the FCA.
Thanks,
XXXX
Dear Mr XXXX
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this meeting did not coincide with our classification of a corporate action. Changing of listing is a common occurrence and itself does not materially affect your Shareholding. At the time of the EGM there was no knowledge that the company would undertake the action that they have now taken.
This is stated in Section A28 of our terms and conditions: " If you ask, HLAM may request from the relevant company that you attend investors' meetings, vote and receive any other information issued."
That said, we do appreciate that the action taken by Flybe is not ideal, but we hope you can see that we have only acted within our standard business practice.
I hope this has been of assistance to you. If you have any further queries, please view our Help and Support centre or contact us on 0117 900 9000.
Kind regards,
