CTC, associated costs do make an extension or even optimistically a sale announcement more important, as you say, the cost is substantial and linked the raise.
At the same time, I don't think anyone was planning for the current environment, which could still leave us exposed to the lapse
Thanks all. We shall certainly see. Who knows, may even get an early update for a change:)
I don't see an extension happening without an additional cost and unless linked to the sale, the BOD isn't likely to incur further costs.
As I said, means nothing. At this stage, it's as you say, perception and a reflection of current circumstances. What remains unknown and has always been unknown, is the status of the potential sale.
There is noone on this forum that can say otherwise, as we simply do not know. We can all speculate and bully eachother with childish comments and jibes around what we think, but we simply do not know.
The outcome of this process, will be communicated when it's ready, whatever that outcome is.
Just sit back and enjoy the fun.
I also don't think for a minute that anyone here genuinely wants EUA to fail or for lths to lose money.

Bloodbath...you are relentless in your pursuit of baseless negativity.
Truth is noone on the forum knows anything more than what we've all been told.
When the time comes, it's only going to go one way or the other. Either buy some shares and hold or leave people alone.
You're just a bully.
Mrtwisted, I remember being at 42p thinking this going to top 85p :) Good times.
Still have faith in the company and the BOD. If anyone is able to navigate us out of this safely, it's them.
I'm holding just short of 750k and reality is, at 42p I held closer to 450k. Whilst the drop hurts and doesn't fill everyone with confidence, for me it's meant that I was able to move all my shares into a safe ISA and didn't recognise a significant gain due to the drop.
If the sale comes through, this could actually have worked out really well for me.
Fingers crossed and a few prayers.

Do you really think nothing is an accurate statement. People on the forum do generally try and help eachother.
I am very keen to see what happens with the options. With a 2 Nov expiration date, would expect an RNS to confirm take up or lapse.
Both will be quite telling, IMO.
Herbie, November does seem to present as a key date for at least the DFS. There is a possibility that the conclusion of the DFS is important to possible sale, but there have been a number of pretruded updates which doesn't bode too well.
Anyway, I'm still confident in EUA, even without a sale. My original investment was pre sale fever and those original fundamentals haven't changed.
Good luck and thanks for your thoughts.
