Was the Chairman justified in taking a £300,000 bonus in addition to a substantial salary from a company not yet generating an income, rather a substantial loss?

I think not.

I’ve sold 90 percent of my holding, pending what to me looks increasingly unlikely.

That assumption collapses if the person or persons that composed the last RNS have anything to do with an attempt for success.

As a business owner and investor I have never come upon a more bleak, submissive and hopeless communication to shareholders and staff.

What I should have seen was a strident , angry statement of outrage at a wholly unfounded repudiation of contract, with intent to redress together with a determination to replace with those who hold our standards.

If those authors have no further say, there is hope.

Is this a move by GM to buy Surface Transforms at a discount?

Or, have ST so broken the terms of their contract that they have no defence to the repudiation?

Having no knowledge of the furnace process which is clearly critical to production, does anyone know why the set up of the second one is so protracted?

That said, albeit at a slower rate than advised by management, significant progress has been made for a unique product that end users are prepaying for.

I’ve been on board for two and a half years, and shall remain so.
