Yes, article from December, but tells how easy it is to be sucked in and burned by an unproven company's hype. I am neither long, nor short, but have been watching from sidelines for a while. The pop-up hotel is a neat idea, but I'm not convinced by the business model yet. It's an easy model to replicate, with rivals making in-roads fast. Proximity doesn’t come cheap. Three nights in
a Snoozebox for two adults and a child at this year’s Formula 1 British
Grand Prix race costs £795. That compares with £65 per adult; £25/child for pitch- your-own-tent camping for three days, with on-site toilets. Obviously not like-for-like, but a telling difference in a still austere world. But hey, what do I know?!
