One has to wonder why a fund manager responsible for tens of billions of dollars and therefore, presumably, extremely well paid would have anything to do with secretly acquiring shares for his own benefit! May I remind you that fund managers are not supposed to invest in the same companies as their funds because they could potentially profit at the expense of investors.
