I would be surprised if they don’t raise . No answers on outstanding loan . It’s a joke really that it was not a guaranteed loan . This is the trouble with directors with multiple companies . A lot of money been wasted on Orhid and the failed reverse takeover . These 2 were poor decisions costing alot of money your never going to see again

Lots of positive sounding information but until they get a deal signed they all mean nothing . A deal get this share moving up big time . It’s a competitive market out there and their projects don’t come cheap .

They do not mention Ohrid in RNS

If you knew the company you would know they distanced themselves from it a time ago . Unfortunately they gave them a million pound loan that’s not been repaid . This is what happens when u have directors involved in multiple companies. No mention of loan repayment and the question as been asked lots of times .

Don’t spend all your profit at once . Wait until the raise you will be crying in your losses

Maybe it’s just to appease IPO shareholders . They have just reduced price of share options for directors . Maybe they should have reduced the warrant price inline
