Only recent major change in shareholdings was Ennismore who had been a long term holder (I think from a smaller IPO holding), went from 8% to 1.2% during May/June. Schroders have also been in from the start & they have added a little more - website says 13% as of 4/11/25, last TR-1 from Schroders (12/8/25) says 12.2%

I've seen the website Financial Calendar has finally been updated and now shows the next Trading Update to be announced on 11/2/25

On the OST group they advised to hold, asked for you to say how many you still held and soon after they said sell them. My thoughts are that they short sold at an early stage of the plummet buy at a lower price and make more gain out of others losses. Seems that they are doing it again with CIGL but over a shorter timeframe. IMO pure market manipulation, IMO DYOR

The groups are now pushing holders to sell. I can't help but think that they've short sold (if I understand the mechanics of that right) and they are looking to profit even more from investors losses - horrendous scum

As far as I understand it (not as an expert) Messrs Showman (COO), Gossage (CEO) and Franks (co-founder & former NED) are, as a concert party, subject to Rule 9. Hence the "Repurchase Waiver" from the May 24 Rule 9 Circular and GM to permit the share buy-backs IMO DYOR

My experience of director transactions such as that is that they are probably options being exercised. IMO DYOR
