Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Michael. Agree with everything you say, other than taking the company private, us retail investors would end up with very little if that happened .
Snaffleman.-----Sorry to hear that you are a fellow victim. Looking back over the history of this company,it becomes obvious that this is a lifestyle venture, we have been lied to time and again, someone mentioned the other day, the cash raise for a new venture that never happened. This board of directors are making fools of us, the same as being mugged in the street ,problem is you cannot fight back.
And as far as a little worried is concerned, not worried at all .----I have come to terms with the fact that at least 50% of my money here is gone, since i was stupid enough to listen to this company and Malcys ramping,----Angry ? Just a little bit.
Because he gets paid
That video was taken back in August, and look where we are now.----Some body needs to do some explaining, because until they do , the share price will continue to drift.---I am not worried, just annoyed with the lack of news.
T
They all need to take a pay cut,and explain to shareholders why they are being paid so much for total failure.
I have up to now been a supporter of DB, but it now seems to me that the shareholders of UJO and RBD have just being dumped . The Rathlin website is worse than useless ,nobody anywhere in either company, wants to update us on whats going on.I phoned the UJO mobile number days ago, for the second time, never had a reply yet.---Something is not right here.----No explanation re EWT ,or core samples.----No explanation as to why money was not raised at a higher price.-----I realise there may be some legal reasons , but i am sure there is still a lot of information we could have been given. ---This is now becoming a cause for concern
gg.---Thanks for your comment , lets hope we get some share movement here soon.
Egdon should get a boost once the wressle result is sorted out . I think their two north sea licences that are in the process of being farmed out could really put this company on the map.
Morocco may well be building a gas plant, but it will not receive any from CHAR as we produce nothing, never have done, and the way things are going we never will do.----Nice to hear from an optimist, but if you are invested here, i wonder how it will be before the lack of progress wears you down.
Sorry about the careless fingers.
Snott. I really do not know what to say, i just feel cheated, but then, what about II, you would think they must worry about their investment.--- the only thing to do ,if there is no improvement here, next AGM go in a large organised group and give them a bl**dy hard time

Grey. Im not sure about being to small, i think at that time the tec was lacking, and price of gas at the time could have been low, therefore they remained undeveloped . These are the type of offshore opportunities that are available to be drilled from on shore.-----I am sure DB has been looking at further prospects in the area.
Grey. You can see that EDR have the Resolution and Endeavour fields , both of which have been farmed out . It would seem to me that this whole area, on shore and off shore is a prolific hydrocarbon area.----The point i am trying to make (probably not very well ), is that WN could be part of a much bigger resource.----I think DB thinks this is a possibility, hence his comments about fighting off the majors, and the "big" companies are only interested in large resources.----Anyway i live in hope.
Snott@MrJinx----Two very good posts,as you say if Lixus is such a great opportunity, why does there appear to be no interest.----I have said before, the BOD have no respect for their shareholders, and why is Malcy ramping this, does he know something we dont? ----I dont think so . In view of past history, i find this situation, and the constant silence worrying .
Grey Panther.---Thanks for the reply, i was talking Biscathorpe/Wressle . ----Have a good look at EDR website,re southern north sea .----Remember we have no idea how big WN is ,does it extend offcoast ? We could be looking at an asset much bigger than we thought.
What chance EDR could pick up Humbers stake. Just a thought.
