Goodness, talk about being over a barrel yes 18% interest plus costs plus the y need �60m that's twice the MC . This company is going to be in debt for the next 10+ years, is it really worth saving. Surely someone should buy it out now for �5 and cover the debt.

I haven't but has anyone seen any pfd products with royal wedding special packs so they could take full advantage of this opportunity with lots of take away cakes etc. Very poor marketing if they haven't.

No one is fooling anyone here, they had a consolidation of 100 plus raising money so it would jump.

In the yr 15/16 results, Knighton foods had sales of �23m and was added to pfd �770m sales making the total approx �790m . Now for pfd to just stand still they should be doing �770m + 4% growth as promised then + the knighton foods business which should also have grown over the year, but will GD just give a total sales number where they hide the knighton business sales making him look as if they have done a much better job. What's the betting !!!!!!!!

Didn't pfd about 1 year ago contract one of the big accountant firms to work out some sort of forward plan for pfd by either selling the company or products off, I don't think anyone has seen that report back have they? That must have been completed or ditched by now. Now that would be interesting to hear about.

The last up-date was for the period up to 31st Dec, so we must be due another up-date for 1st Jan - 31st March which is already 5 weeks past finish date. Something must have happened by now.

I take it that we all assume the bonds debt is included in the total debt of �523 m is it? or could it be that pfd don't include that bonds debt in the total and therefore the true debt would be more like �700 m. and that's what MC didn't like.

Some 6+m shares bought and only 2m sold and the sp goes down, so it looks like it's being held down Someone still buying up all the stock that comes on the market, must get another holdings rns soon.

Be interesting to see any profit from blvn if you have been in this for 3-5 years like many of us, unless the sp reaches 75p - �1 that is. in which case I will also sell mine.

If we read the 2017 final results up to 1 st April it states that we had debt of �523.2m which included the 2020 bond of �175 m.So if we then replaced the old bond with new bonds for 2022 for �210m, then in this years results 2018 our debt will increase by at least the �35m to say �558 m less any cost savings or debt repayment we might have made this year. It looks like we gained an extra 2 years of bond cover for �35m + �7m costs. seems very expensive. Will be interesting to see what has happened.

2 points that might have been missed by many, first although GD renewed some bonds a few years early I think you might find that it was done with a lower interest rate and will save more money over time, where as if he had waited there could / would be higher interest rates to pay. Secondly there has already been a consolidation x 10 , so that isn't going to happen again.posters should do a little research before posting .

All sound great , but have vog got any power business back yet and have vog signed any contracts yet ? not that I know about. If Sontrel have / are taking over eneo' s business will eneo still get their money owed to them by Cam / gov and will vog ever get the �5m still owed to us.? You can come out with 50 so called great prospects for gas in Cameroon but vog have to get some of it. When they do let us all know.

For the last 2-3 years blvn has been stuck and we have seen many very small share buys of the few thousands, but over the last few weeks we have seen many much larger buys of say 50,000 - 100,000 buys and some up to the 1m mark. Sooner or later this has to break out and go up to 60p- 80p

Over the years we have had so many things that were meant to happen to vog with all these new investors all these prospects, all these customers, all these power stations being connected, all these government sheared deals, all these great press articles, It's always jam tomorrow, You can have a fist full of promises and maybe 100 to the pound, but if only one comes true it's worth diddly squat. So just when are we going to see something come true and get some pay back? That's all I am saying

Have eneo lost their business to Sontrel ,Will vog get any contracts from Sontrel? is most of the electricity now going to be made via hydro? Just how long do we have to wait until more becomes clear? So many questions.
