It does lead to another question regarding the payment Sunda will receive if/when the NZ acquisition is completed. In my mind, surely this cannot be the revenue from the 1st Jan 2026. Who would be paying the operating costs for this production during this period (e.g. labour costs)? I can understand an operating profit (EBITDA?) figure being handed over rather than the revenue. Perhaps I am wrong (I often am!).

This is my first post, although I have held Sunda shares for a couple of years. I read the posts here quite regularly and am grateful for the info provided (well, most of it).

I do have one question, is there a minimum price that Alumini can pay for the conversion of the loan notes or can this price continually fall?
