Im starting to deliberate the same thing in my head. Been in since Jan 2019 and so far ive held my nerve and been rewarded (on paper) for it.

Problem is im seeing crazy numbers (for me), sp im still undecided. I said at the start of the year i wanted to hold at least all of 2020, so in all likelihood i will.

What could they up their old 17.8p target to. 20p, 25, 30p??

Jambo, im sure Paddy posted an overlay of the JV blocks on the Hav footprint. Theres absolutely no way it will ever make it past the edge of the JV blocks.

Looks like GH and co with their on the ground first hand knowledge of what is happening run around 6 weeks, or 1 report ahead of us all.

I expect an interview from GH today and will be listening very very carefully to what he says. Anything he infers usually materialises 6-8 weeks down the line.

The LSE board is a number of totally independent individuals. TMF, granted articles have articles written by different journalists should, working for the same company and the fact they proclaim to provide advice, all have a consensus on the viewpoint that TMF as an organisation pulishes. If they do not agree with that viewpoint then they should either not post an article under the TMF banner that goes against the consensus or post as an independent with no relation to TMF.

Less than 2 weeks apart an article fron Motley fool advises against buying GGP, and today advises to buy GGP.

I think the only Fool is the person that pays to subscribe to them. They can write counter advice on any stock get paid for it and deny all liability.

I might set up my own investment advice subscription based service. I have all the same credentials as they do....a keyboard and a wifi connection.

I've now come to enjoy when these guys pop up on the board for the short time they hang around, pouring cold water over everything, From past experience these guys usually herald the next leg up in SP a week or 2 after they start posting at which point they evaporate.

I've been in this since Jan 2019, seen quite a few of these folk come and go. All the while i just bought more and my only regret is i didn't buy even more, especially when i was buying in the 1.6's back in mid 2019. I would have remortgaged my house in hindsight.

That would be immense.

I dont think you could monetise the 'soil' as the mine was built. As far as i am aware the whole Havieron deposit as reported to date is under 400m of post mineralisation cover. Which is just worthless dirt covering the goods, and the reason Havieron wasn't developed by Newcrest way back in favour of easier to access deposits...i.e. Telfer.

Funny how this Berkshire Hunt always appears at the weekend sprouting the same tosh.
