Not to be a downer but i read that Trumps lifting of the ban would be 26th Jan. Biden takes office 20th and has said he wont lift the ban.

Anyone invested in oil exploration, indeed any commodity exploration company should have an understanding that dusters are part and parcel of the industry. If they do not then they should not be investing in these types of companies.

Therefore you're just preaching to the choir, and any real investor wont be phased by it as they have factored it in to their risk acceptance of their investment.

Of the whole foot print of Havieron (so far) only a small portion of this was included in the MRE as the required drill density to gain an accurate enough picture had only been completed in those areas. Off the top of my head some on here calculated MRE included about ~25% of the known foot print to date.

The remainder is subject to ongoing infill drilling allowing those areas to be incorporated into the MRE. In addition to this further step out drilling is on going to define the boundary of the system (still open at depth and multiple directions), after which that is found further infill drilling will be required, again to add in to the MRE.

Its like catch phrase, every 6 weeks NCM remove another square on the bonus board and we can see a bit more. If we get more of the "still open to the X,Y,Z, at depth" its impossible to say when the whole system will be defined in the MRE. Only once they find the true boundaries can they then pepper it to death with infill drilling to convert in to MRE initial, inferred and eventually reserves following PFS and FS.

I'm hoping we do see more "still open" comments.

The question i ask myself though is...do i see GGP doubling from here. My opinion is yes.

By the time i've transferred I doubt we will be sat at 33p but still, I don't think ill get those kinds of returns in the Aviva funds.

Theres £60K in my Aviva pot, hardly an astronomical sum. My ISA holding is 2.5x that amount with far less of an initial investement.

I dont think there are any benefits to me keeping it in my company pension. It is just an Aviva account, now i no longer work for the company they obviously dont contribute but i am also no longer able to contribute to it so i have two options.

1) Move it in to a SIPP
2) Move it in to my new company pension scheme

Given where (i personally) see Greatland going over the coming years i feel a SIPP with the funds invested in GGP is the best option for growth. I have a good 25-30 years left before i can take my pension so happy to have my current pot in a SIPP and build another with my new company pension.

There are no benefits such as defined final salary, guaranteed returns etc. with my old company pension.

I recently changed jobs so that pension no longer has company contributions going to it anyway.

Christophe, i suggest you go and read the RNS surrounding the 50M loan from NCM that GH secured to fund GGP's liabilities through to production.
