Have a look at Teesport and you will see NO Engineering / Construction has commenced and will not for at least another 12 months +.

Having plans in place which are presymably all sigend off at Construction, not just design, which i think not is a totally different fundemantal to starting with construction engagement. The problem with these BB's is that people where rose tinted glasses and think everything they hear is based on fact!

Anyway, i prmomise not come back till sub 30p! But when i do ill makie sure not bother you :-)

Andygolf: nobody will lose st these prices, the individuals that bought 40p+ before the 2016 OO will not lose......that is not my point. My point is, this will devalue further until basic fundamentals are in place i.e StG2 funding and engagement with an EPC contractor. This share could be £1 today and those who hold long term will not lose! Reread my message and you’ll appreciate the point I’m saying....

Like most on this BB I’ve been invested here a prolonged period, but most importantly will continue to hold for several years yet. All Investors will be heavily rewarded long-term, however those whom believe this share will rise a constant trajectory are deluded. People whom continue to belive SXX will be producing within the next 3-4 years are crazy!

No Stage 2 confirmed so another OO? Has an engineering vendor been assigned for Tunnel & Teespsort infrastructure works, not including everything else? I think NOT.
FEED needs completing, Procurement, Constriction then Commissioning, this is years away. But those who sit tight will be rewarded very heavily $£$£$£

Sorry, but will def head below 30p in the next couple of months! Has stage 2 funding been fully confirmed yet? That is a major hurdle to overcome? First production forecast 2021? Very much doubt this target will be achieved. This isnt a deramp it purely based on speculation. Im invested heavily here but feel that we have many hurdles to overcome before the $$$ come rolling in! My prediction, first production 2023 miniumum. All LTH will be rewared heavily thereafter...........
