As you may have seen in this week’s press release, Mexico is rolling out new labeling guidelines, requiring high-sodium food products to have a large, discouraging stop sign-shaped warning on the front. This has led to an immediate need for low sodium technologies, of which Salarius’ MicroSalt is the only one to our knowledge that can reduce sodium without impacting flavor whatsoever. That’s because MicroSalt is salt, in a micron-sized particle which our taste buds register much faster than traditional salt grains by volume.

Not only is Salarius already in talks with major Mexican food manufacturers to integrate MicroSalt into their products, they have just been covered in the industry magazine, Bakery and Snacks. I expect a holdings RNS today or tomorrow declaring no longer holding a reportable %. It would be great if TEK would confirm they are sold out completely but I don't think they have to declare how many held once under 3%. however, taking previous selling pattern into account, not hard to imagine that Edale have dumped another 2-3% since last report.

Once out, anticipate a better run, especially into strong news

Last threshold was crossed on the 24th - that's a week ago today. Previous to that they went from 8.35% to 5.02% on the 19th - If they are getting shot of 3% per week then we surely haven't long to wait. These were 5p shares from the placing so Edale are still making a margin. I really hope Clifford Gross pulls it out of the hat once they've buggered off.

and that was 3 days ago! 1% equates to 785k shares - a few more days of decent volume and they are gone for good

TEK have a way to go in terms of PR but one major success could change everything.
We only own circa 19% of Belluscura and yet everyone expects this share to rocket on news - I'm not saying that won't happen but I really hope that it actually puts TEK on the map in the longer term.
Salarius has the potential to be so much bigger in the short term, it is already ready for the market place and we own 91.7% of that. In practical terms Belluscura has to be 5 times bigger than Salarius to deliver the same return - that is definitely not understood imo

Lucyd raised $6.1m by a cryto coin raise - coin buyers can redeem the coin for a discount against the end product. Significantly over subscribed and a genius way to raise capital without diluting your ownership. TEK Capital retained 100% ownership.

Being an old dinosaur, this is probably a product that I'd buy either but Google thought it was worth a go - but their product wasn't good enough. Lucyd are working to make something that works with your existing eyewear (as well as stand alone products). Once refined I think their aim is to sell the patented tech to someone like Google.....

That said, I hope I never need one of Belluscura Ltd products either...............

The demand for ventilators was already huge before Covid-19 given COPD and ARDS.

What is hugely encouraging here is that, God willing, Belluscura can make a really positive impact on the lives of those suffering these awful conditions.

I would also be confident that we will see further TR1s from Edale etc - troubled funds are selling all over the place.

Belluscuras (IMO) will be very unlikely to manufacture the devices themselves.
Blueprints have been patented, once approval from FDA (or exemption is confirmed) I can see this being put out to 3rd parties in very short order. I don't imagine we are talking months either - there is a very real need for devices NOW and that is only going to escalate.
Don't know the exact financial or business details (others may have experience of this type of business model?), I assume once these are made, Belluscura will be selling them under their own branding.
I expect continued volatility here until people know what's what but for sure the SP here will seem like a dream in the coming months, especially adding in the Salt-me and Microsalt business. Don't forget, TEK only have 18.9% of Bellluscura but 91.7% of Salarius GLA

This is really terrific news. Just goes to show, especially at this time, that TEK are not just about COVID -19.

Salt-me being rolled out to 71 stores is a strong start - watch this carefully - a 50% reduction is sodium is a real mkt share graabber. How long before the rest of the mkt start using microsalt. This really is a win win.

My guess will be Edale Capital off loading. Once these companies decide to follow a plan they do. Has no impact as far as I can see on the strong fundamentals here. Edale BoD are former Ivestco - like Woodford, who sold ESL at 6p.

Will be great to see there remaining 5% cleared and off we go
