It's not as simple as jungerns makes out, whilst we can easily find the size of the onsite tanks and the size of a tanker is known, that doesn't translate into bopd, it is an indication of barrels of oil extracted but as they can run on "choked" pipes and lower frequency pumping if they wish, you can't tell what the theoretical (and therefore) production flow rate would be unless they mention those pieces in an rns It's one method to make sure that the exact nature of sensitive information isn't released without an RNS

Its not wrong mjapac and any PI investing in this share should have made themselves aware of the funding fundamentals. If they still chose to invest then we have no sympathy if they then feel they are getting a raw deal from YA. If they invested without checking that out first then they are plainly just stupid and deserve to be separated from their cash. Whilst we might not like YA - we wouldn't be here today if they hadn't handed over the 10m notes last year so to some extent they deserve whatever profit they can wring out of it

The terms of the deal means they can use the lowest share price on any of the last five days and then also take a 10% cut. Them's the rules nothing we can do about it...

When the price has been rising into the close the first reported figure is always a little off - it sorts itself within 5 minutes for AIM and over the next 30 minutes for main LSE shares

I'm pretty sure there is no restriction at all (except for the duration) otherwise it wouldn't give a really indicative result of the Extended Flow likelihood
