Is it not late to buy some shares now that the percentage rate is quite high?

I can't seem to acquire any on AJ BELL. "This Security is restricted from dealing" it says...

AJ BELL doesn't seem to allow to DEAL (buy any shares) this morning so far...

Why is AJ BELL saying, "this security is restricted from dealing!?"

...and would someone (knowledgeable investors here) be kind to share more info on why this SP has gone up by 77% or so, and if this is a 'mid to long term' investment worth it; if i may ask?

...and very disappointing! And here i am convincing family to start looking into stocks and shares as an alternative investment. Hmmmmm!

Big shame that 'good-intended' shareholders on this platform has now lost a great deal of money due to the direction of the company; and I have lost a fair bit too. Thinking i was investing in a trust-worthy company - the initial investment could have taken my 'friends and family' on a few holidays - now all gone and classed as WASTAGE!!!

This platform of shares is still relatively NEW to me. I want to HOLD ON to my current shares though not that many - yet I’m still slightly confused as per the action required requesting

- Take No Action (Default). To allocate ALL - Y or No

- Exercise excess entitlement. To allocate ALL - Y or No

So if I keep my current (new shares calculation) volume I am guaranteed these numbers at no extra charge cost? Only if I am to purchase additional new shares that I get charged at £.0.0031!?

I am still a novice here and I don’t quite understand nor fathom why the sp in this company isn’t performing well in any way, shape or form.

I am humbly seeking for people’s advice. I have shares in EQTEC, POWERHOUSE, CERES, GREGGS, THG, NOVACYST, CINEWORLD and they’re not doing effectively well at all as I may have bought them at such high share price (though not too big a share volume) apart from BP. It seems 2022 would be the kick-start year to propel the shares… however - it’s just the exact opposite.

I am still a novice on this platform so I’m hopefully trying to see what the experienced shareholders on this platform might offer. I understand the Market can be volatile (ohhh yes it has been).
