The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Listening to the Director from OHNYM my gut tells me he looked far more animated mentioning the a potential ENI ‘mega’ exploration and the pipeline to Nigeria. Anchois and Chariot seemed to be mentioned a little bit too casually for my liking and matter of fact as if it isn’t really top of mind or seen as a flagship project to deliver and attract even more exploration.
Can someone sanity check? I’m interested in anyone else’s opinion and read of the Director specifically … not the others on the webinar.
There is a post on LinkedIn highlighting this also. I find it interesting to look at who ‘likes’ their posts as it gives an indication of the type of followers Chariot is starting to attract. My observation is that the mix of senior leaders in O&G financing and project delivery as well as fund management is increasing. You could argue this is a positive trend and may be indicative of an increasing audience who are interested in the company. As I say just an observation I thought might be worth sharing, having followed Chariots posts on LinkedIn for the last year.
Hi all, does anyone know how would this work exactly: “…Chariot retains a 10% back in right in the Southern Blocks as a low risk FUTURE option" Are blocks 2714a and b now back in government control (ie license currently unassigned to a 3rd party)? In which case Chariot can choose to either re-acquire the whole licenses or should another party acquire them, would Chariot would be entitled to (or can purchase) 10% of the license ?
Has anyone with a Hargreaves Lansdowne account been credited?
I would say navigating the relatively unique mix of Moroccan govt / state + royal family domination of the country's main businesses as being the main risks. AP is well experienced in doing business in Africa so I'm sure knows only too well how. to cultivate support, influence, patronage etc whilst maintaining/maximising control and future yield from the assets. My feeling is that this is what takes the most time and delicacy ...
So the non issuance of costs & charging information is still preventing purchasing of MTR through HL ... are users of other platforms experiencing the same? if so what is going on?..its been a week now. It cant just be down to incompetence as some have alluded to, surely not...
Is anyone else experiencing this on any of the other platforms?
That's how I'm viewing it also. I have TSL in two accounts at an average of 30p in one and and average of 41p in the other .... I'm hoping for at least 15% - 30% gain on the one pot and minimum 10% loss / hopefully breakeven or even slight profit on the other and then I'm out. Big lesson learned on not taking profits when this approached £1 and getting swayed by ST etc etc to hold ....
Yes that was my take.
typo - considering the customer *Logos* they already have
I just get the feeling there is a fundamental sales force / biz dev issue that is not scaling the new 'wins' fast enough. Having worked for a few US IT companies, I cant help but compare approaches. I think they are lacking an experienced, motivated and hard charging sales force to get the tech in front of as many prospective clients as possible.
IMHO ordinary shareholders should all email the company by whatever contact details are in the public domain requesting a more specific and detailed explanation of exactly what we get in return for this deal. Move the debate and speculation from this boards towards the executives. I’m my eyes I can’t see how what has been described in the RND is in anyway a good deal for shareholders. The only glimmer of light is a massive take off of Block …. But as some of already said here we need that to go 2x plus (really 3x plus) to make that meaningful in anyway
Agreed I cannot find any news online.
open question. Does anyone know why a company of this age only has 15 employees - according to LinkedIn profiles. Who is 'doing the doing' as it were? Seems to be a lot of Director /Exec profiles but no actual developers or researchers or scientists. I appreciate that they outsource a lot of work, but even so it seems odd to me ....
