I think no one is suggesting the Linked In posts impact share price.

But the Linked In posts are an interesting window on some goings on.

For example the EY visit as EOFY approaches may have provided EY with some reasonable estimates for 2025-2026 expenditure qualifying for the next R&D Tax Credit anticipated in December 2026 if on same annual cycle as 2024-2025.

Investment value is doing OK thanks.

If CAP-XX maintain their Market Share over next 10 years they are likely to be looking at £30M annual revenue.

This is not about news. The news has already happened.

CAP-XX just need to maintain their business model on a 10 year plan as the supercapacitor market globally benefits from the expected demand.

Hi Vanilla - thank you for your comprehensive clarification. That is indeed interesting in relation to the possibility of ongoing negotiations. And also when we factor in that no Directors have bought any shares since December ( ie prior to the date of the half yearly update ).

When there is news there will be news.

There are Rules on AIM about what and when information must be disclosed in an RNS.

I don't understand all these posts that seem to suggest there is some sort of inside knowledge that has not been released.

If there is information that would significantly influence the share price then it must be released in an RNS.

The lack of RNS suggests that there is no news.

EY attended the AHK Gala Dinner recently in Sydney so maybe conversations lead to their visit to Seven Hills?

As the MC edges closer to £30M maybe the Main Market has appeared on the horizon?

Now it is 1.60 to sell.

So how is that 3.45%?

It seems to me that there have been measures to tone down the ongoing potential here.

My first trade on this was quite some time ago at a price of about £1.30.

Then I was caught cold when the price dropped.

Since then I have bought at much lower SPs thereby reducing my average cost.

Now am only a little was to go to break even.

A steady day.

So the movement in buy and sell prices is not just algorithms on the digital markets, but can be manual adjustments as well.

I suppose this is what is meant by Shaking the Tree - it would be a manual shake.

I've noticed that some platforms ( eg HL ) have not posted the recent RNS s.

Might this be impeding sentiment?

A clarification to my earlier thread entitled 'Annual Accounts Filing Due Soon' :

RNS of 31.07.2025 states that Revenue for FY 2024 was restated meaning that Revenue increased in FY2025.

Many financial reporting websites seem to have overlooked the restated FY2024 Revenue.

More on this as I look into this further........

Some data is now available for FY to 31.03.2025 and I've been researching the previous year's Filed Accounts dated 31.03.2024 and had a look on CH where I have found that the most recent Statement of Share Capital was GB£1.5M on 27.08.2024.

So the stated share capital is broadly comparable with the current Market Capital.

Losses to 31.03.2025 are said to have narrowed to GB£2.77M.

This means Total Equity has been burned down to near zero and Total Cash also appears to have reduced to potentially problematic levels.

Revenue has reduced by 36%.

Maybe it's onwards and upwards from here, but I suspect patience will be needed.

I'm not sure because any share can always go one way or the other or not go at all.

But, having said that, the balance of probabilities currently suggests that the next move may possibly be......
