I reckon the mm's were caught out yesterday with that rns and then the video. All hell must have broken loose as buyers poured in. Same today, lots of buys and fewer sells. Should sort itself out in time.

To get an rns and a video from SS suggesting that Portland is pretty well commercial and that a commercial license may be applied for as quickly as this summer and we get this stranger flat reaction with the sp, makes no sense at all. Something is afoot it here!
