I read the TW post yesterday and it's utterly ludicrous to say the least. Let's not forget that TW and his ex-bank robber acquaintances BMD etc ... are without credentials and seek to cause trouble. Completely outrageous.

I have full conference for the coming Portland results. Note that, to date, flow has not yet been optimised for maximum sustainable production rates, this will follow in the subsequent test sequences.

Also, from the recent RNS .. Initial reservoir parameter analysis indicates that the Portland is performing very well compared to the productivity measured in 2016 prior to temporarily shutting in and suspending the well.

I think the clean gas burn and heat being observed coming from the flare stack is a VERY GOOD sign.

Multiple tanker sightings will go a long way to providing evidence that this is not a BB2!

nhawan Many of us are baffled about this continued drop. It makes no sense based on ehatcwe know so far and anticipate coming soon. One theory is an iceberg order at work in the background. It's possible. Could also be that the market wants concrete proof this time that, the oil is flowing 300+ barrels per day and is sustainable. Who knows what's going on. But, I reckon a decent results will emerge soon and the sp will then react with strong confidence. GLA

It's worth re-reading the RNS 18th July. We may be getting spectacular results soon following the three sequenced ewt's for the Portland. From the rns .... implied daily rate of 352 bopd and was achieved using a 20/64" choke, a notably more restricted setting than the 64/64" choke used in 2016. Optimisation I think will bring home some new record breaking results soon. This is what the market is clearly waiting for and it's a definite hold for me. We can't rule out an early update on progress during the three tests. GLA

That would be nice and may happen of course. But, ukog usually have flags flying they had flags at BB. It doesn't mean anything. I'm predicting that we will see a third oil tanker on Monday. Maybe, two on Tuesday! Let's see. GLA

Gregorio Unfortunately, no matter how hard any of us try on this bb. Our ramping or deramping has absolutely NO effect on the sp. Imho. You simply 'can't help push the share price down' at all. If we could do that then we'd all be millionaires. In my opinion the sp will open up on Monday am.

Let's hope we get some Saturday and Sunday papers publicity.
