I don’t think you have anything to worry about here. It’s drifting on extremely small volume as most investors wait for the next catalyst. Other than the Medicaid issue in New York, it’s seems the company are on the up and up with a lot of positive news due, so the drop appears to be an overreaction. Also don’t read too much into the CFO leaving, he’s leaving on good terms to take a leadership position (long overdue) at an oncology company and remains a small shareholder in STX.

The RNS literally states

“Should the Subscription proceed, AOP Health (excluding any of its concert parties) would come to hold shares carrying more than 50% of the voting rights in Shield. Therefore, the Subscription is conditional, inter alia, upon the (i) granting of a waiver by The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Panel") from the obligation of AOP Health to make an offer under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code; (ii) approval of the waiver proposed to be granted by the Takeover Panel, by an independent vote of Shield's shareholders (excluding AOP Health and its concert parties), at a meeting of Shield's shareholders (the "General Meeting")”

Ballie bought around £12m and they’re the only ones who have reduced their stake below disclosure. But understandable considering what happened to Ballie last year and their cash call

Hahahaha clowns spent all day here talking about covenants and placing LMAO. Shield confirmed $17.5m revenue for 2023 so no covenants breached form 2023. $10m financing secured for 2024 so even if they breach Q1 and Q2 requirements, they’re fully covered. Shield literally confirmed in their update that there have been no breaches of covenants but the clowns on this board think they’re Buffet and know better LMAO. Someone’s scared 🤣

Have a look at the covenant details. They need to raise 200% of any breach by raising equity or subordinate capital. That $10m accounts receivable financing hits all the markers so don’t see any issues whatsoever

The update CLEARLY says 2023 revenues of $17.5m which far exceeds the $14.5m required LMAO

A lot of those tests are already in development and have been for some time and are due to launch in the very near future.

And also re cash burn, I think you should read the statements again which clearly show why cash burn was so high last year.

ANGLE can only promote the FDA cleared Parsortix PC1 clinical system for its intended use (for harvesting CTCs from the blood of metastatic breast cancer patients for subsequent user validated analysis). However, a third-party laboratory could adopt the system on a research use only basis (RUO) and then develop tests for alternative cancer types. To then offer the tests to clinicians for patient management, the laboratory would need to be CLIA accredited (or equivalent in their country) and then validate the test in its own laboratories before offering it as a lab developed test (LDT). This is common practice in the US and elsewhere. There are approximately 320,000 CLIA accredited labs in the US. Not all of these will be offering tests for oncology, but the number will still be very large and the market is therefore substantial. It is a challenge to make labs aware of the technology, but this is a key reason why we have built out a global network of distribution partners who are already selling instruments and consumables into the oncology market. We have also built out our own in-house marketing team and we attend a large number of relevant conferences throughout the year where we are able to showcase our capabilities.

Just spoke to TD. Was told they havent recieved the shares and its usually the same for 'big brokers' and that I should have them within the next few days. Sounds like BS to me. Will be looking to move to a 'small broker' then...!!!
