So 50p would work out at £18.75an oz that roughly 2% I’d prefer to go it alone at that price.
Oh yes silly me and putins going to stroll up Chuck Norris the hell out of our BOD and walk away with the little that’s there under his arm.
However, after conclusion of the joint venture with Rosgeo ("Rosgeo JV") in which Eurasia will gain a 75% equity stake in nine PGM and battery metals assets (four of which are post Russian Feasibility Study with state approved reserves) with a total of 104.6Moz of Platinum equivalent ("Pt eq") Russian Code reserves and resources in the immediate vicinity of the Company's Monchetundra Project on Kola (as announced on 26 March 2021), the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. The Board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale.
This basically says they’re selling the rights to the JV.
Also if you say only double current sp can we please have your calculations.
At least £2.22. 80million oz of platinum equivalent inferred metals at 10% assuming as little as 1.4grams per tonne. That’s also 25% reduced for rosgeos part. That’s also on platinum at $1100 then shared by 1.42 to convert to £. Most proper research will back up these numbers.
Also if you’d like to take a look here Russia is pretty much straight down the middle with its AML risk.

If it’s that tiny and worthless why would putin waste his time with it ? Hmm your arguments falling apart mate.
It won’t matter they’ve released amazing news a few times now and what happens we get walked back down to this price range. Frustrating yes mainly because I don’t have more money for shares but it’s the end game here. The mms are thanos and we are iron man.
I don’t know why people keep saying why didn’t they use the money from the sale to progress the JV. EUA only had the consideration for the extra mines now what they’ve done is raise funds to buy the rights to them mines so they can be sold. As without that they would have reverted back to rosgeo.
Thank you that looks promising. I’ve found what I think may be drilling results but the pdf looks to have been removed.
Does anyone know if the numbers are available for the 104MOz ? Like the breakdown of metals please.
The truth is EUA will sell for way more than 25-30p
Why if you think that haven’t you sold.
Why can’t you value a company on its assets ?
I think it was to buy the licences to the mines so when they’re sold the incoming company keeps the licences and they don’t revert back to rosgeo. I think that’s why they were so desperate to get it through instead of waiting until the AGM.
That’s why waiting for the sale also wasn’t an option because it’s part of the sale.
I honestly think we’re selling it all. I think the rights issue was to buy the licenses to the 104Moz. As if we sold without buying the rights to mine the new company would have lost that option. Not sure to be honest I’m 100% wrong about 100% of things 100% of the time lol. Maybe just maybe one day I’ll be right.
Ginger hippo you don’t see anything connecting an electric car manufacturer to battery metals lol. Alright Stevie Wonder calm down.
EUA needed to buy the licenses before the sale.
They had the right to buy the mines but if they sold maybe the rights were lost so to secure the mines for the purchaser they needed to buy them first.
James by the time you’ve brought the timber you may just have enough to buy a hot wheels car lol. That’s assuming a sale price of £1574538 a share.
Driver that’s what I’d heard which does put me off. I was hoping the hybrid would be a lot better though.
Newbie to be fair I’m only 34 but drive like I’m 84 lol so I don’t often go past 3rd anyway. They just look spacious and clean.
