Looking strong - false dawn? I hope not...16-17 GLA
Love your summary, even if concise. Which Geleey vehicle have you test driven? I have seen a couple of EmGrands, as you say not too dissimiliar to the cheapers motor already on offer in the UK but WAY cheaper. I think it makes perfect sense for Geeley to appoint MNGS as cheif distributor in the UK. The plant possibilities are endless, I hear that they (the Chinese) are impressed by the opportunites here full stop. The results were not unexpected and one only needs to look and understand the need for the exceptional items to realise profitability next year is a very acheivable goal. Im here for the internatinal orders in the ST, and I wish I could have a 4 year view like yourself! one day soon.. ;) strange behaviour on fridays close, tick up in the bid midd day and then a buy above ask at the death - whatever beckons, its nice to see MNGS not tanking drastically after positive news. Onwards and upwards I suspect, buy or hold id my opinion for those unsure...ATB
Wonder what tomorrow will bring...hmmm good things I hope! GLA
A delayed 100k buy, a lot of money...bid was definitely 48 at the time and besides if its not, and not reported as such its fcking scandal that its allowed!
Have any of you guys heard of the 2 hydrogen prototype taxis that hav been built by MNGS in conjuction with another partner, using governmental grants? highly exciting area for me, with analysts predicting that 2017 could be the year they will be more widely feasiable?
Back in, spread very narrow now 49-50 - when the last 2-3 days it has been as wide as 45-51...so for better or for worse, i couldn't wait. Bring on the rns! GL all holders
Lol. The results wont be 'great', they are exepected to post a loss, see the 21st Oct Interim Management Statement RNS...."taken together with exceptional initial costs incurred in the first half of 2010, mean the Group will not be profitable in 2010, but the Board remain confident that the Group will return to profitability in 2011. " So a loss is expected, how much is key to the SP movement, anyone DTOR will know that MNGS had good times in the past, recent, poor sales, recession, fire recall, restructuring of entire organisation not to mention the changes needed for the, previously unproven, JV. All have contributed to losses in last 2-3 years, due to this it has seen a massive decline in SP, now I feel a recovery is near, posting small losses alone on the 18th of March could IMO see a re-rating here, as profitability in 2011 looks more than promising (Re last RNS), INternational sales alone seem to be drinving this, but if UK sales pick up then it truly is boom time IMHO. DYOR defninitely. GL
my buy from 2 days ago looking strong now...yipeee! MNGS investor here, so know a little about TAN...GLA
Sleeping so early? Haha...Night mate
What?! you didnt get the invite? the party was in SAR today! lol I was slightly late myself, still had a ball! ;) I suspect a party maybe brewing in BHR on Moday. Have a good weekend!
keep talking...Im liking what u are saying. I agree whole heartedly this COULD be huge, a real eye-opener, lets face it were never going to have the interest of other AIM companies here, but I guess it makes it more profitable for the likes of us. Less profit takers more profit TAKING lol. Where did you get your net margin goal from? are you aware of the realiability of the parts on SLTI now and its long term 'implications' ? ;) I think this is could be a transformation and a half. To think when I first got involved the price was £2 here, I know it was £9+ previously...I know where this can go - simply - further than its ever been before. As long as we have Geeley's support and they don't lose interest in our iconic product. ATB
those of you an interest in the motoring industry sure caught whiff on yesterdays good news on MNGS, I have question for those of u that may know, MNGS & TAN had a government funded project, is that dead in the water now? as I know it was precarios during the time u guys were close to administration. Happy for those who made money here as last year I know things were looking bleak. ATB
Want to share your calcs? ;) I had it down as 24% net of the order value, obviously exhange rates a variant. I like you, because u sure know about this company! If u are like me...u know this is just the beginning of the 'new' story....if I was one to invest and forget for 1-2 years, MNGS is defnitely becomming a candidate again. ATB mate
I did, at roughly 11.30am! couldnt post as Im blocked at owrk, so the little I did was on my phone! lol I had a half day yesterday so could go WILD! I lost 30% of my profit yesterday due to being called away from my desk at work AND getting completely sidetracked by SAR! lol. Hope u got that boat buddy...I sold at 50.5p here...will re-open a t20 (monday at earliest) for results on 18th march. ATB
