I have held these for a long time. The shares are very highly geared to profits. However I am uncertain looking at the last results where these are coming from. These shares trade very rarely and it may be that a few trades have a large impact.

There is still manipulation going on, we may have to wait for several days yet. I am uncertain what the long term future is for Redstone.

Some profit taking I guess due to the market dropping several hundred points, also not all deal are shown. I agree good company, no fireworks just sold, good core holding and great dividend.

I guess the idea is that as orders come in they are able to fund more orders out of the profits they make from the earlier orders. The biggest problem small companies face is when they scale up, if they don't have sufficient cash they go bust. This is probably one of the reasons that the share price is so volatile. The good news is that they have a great product.

More positive's long term hold, well managed company doesn't take risks.

The Maxima part of Redcentric was looking like a very good recovery buy before it was brought very very cheaply by Redstone, so I am very happy with the current split of the assets. With almost all of the assets with Redcentric

I doubt very much if the share price will go as low as 3p. The charts do not show that. My most pessimistic price is 5 and then only to bounce off it strongly. The more the share price attacks 6 to 6.5 and bounces off it the stronger a support it provides and the less likely that it will go below that.

I raised this point in January. Unfortunately the best time to raise cash is not when the share price is low as it causes massive dilution of share stakes. Typically this type of cash raising exercise is usually as a share placing at a low price but the smaller share holder does not get a look in. Which is what happened last time.

It may be, however meaningful profits are some way off yet and so the share price is subject to wide swings which is what we are seeing now. I am unsure where the bottom is but it may pay to wait until the share price shows some signs of reaching the bottom.

The chart doesn't look so good at the moment. The bad news is that although all the information coming out is good the share price continues to drift down. I expect a possible big test of the low at 5.5 shortly, before the uptrend starts again.
