Probably out yesterday 2 sells late in the day, total 25,000. No real surprise. I really don't see this share price going anywhere until the results in November. The co have been trying to get more sales and more profits for several years and have not been able to pull it off. The upside is that if they do any profits will translate into big eps. But the same is also true about many other shares.

I think T bought in 25,000 on 21st October. Not sure he has sold yet

Not too far to the results so maybe speculation regarding them. Interesting ?????????? Although an issue is the spread which is too big for me.

Very good rise today, I just hope the results due next week are good or we may be back to square one.

I must admit I am very confused by this. However thank you to User for trying to explain it. I have had several instances in the past where majority shareholders have fixed up deals where they are the beneficiary's and the smaller share holders are frozen out. My suspicion is that this is another example.

Buys are petering out now, I guess the rampers have moved on to other opportunities. We may get the share price back down to realistic levels in the next week or so. Next Half Yearly Report is probably in November.

This looks like a takeover via the back door, in the uk anyone who obtains more than 29.99 %of a company must make a general offer for the rest of the shares unless special conditions apply. I haven't a clue what conditions apply in this situation.

Based as a very speculative buy , I would put 6p at the most I would be prepared to pay at the moment. I did look at the shares a few weeks ago when they were 5 p and decided against it, based on the facts at the time and nothing has changed. Triad used to have lots of cash but used it to buy in shares and also to pay for litigation against the company. I do not think they need to raise any cash as they slowly seem to building reserves again. Any talk of 35p is very very optimistic given the current situation unless a takeover of offing and I cant see that happening. DYOR

M Maker Is a women. I guess her holding is so big it is difficult for her to sell. If and it is a big if they can make profits the sky is the limit. However the big hope recently was a product called Zubed and they put a large amount of effort and cash into that. It just didn't take off and it has now been taken into the other divisions. The last time I bought in the price was 30 p and it went into a downtrend shortly after. I doubt I will buy in at this stage until I see something concrete, I have other fish to fry.

Triad have been trying to make more profits for several years now. They are very highly geared and could produce very good eps if they can manage it.

M Maker was a director in the past. The company parted with her services. The next stage was a bad story for Triad as it cost the company.

I must admit that I find it very surprising that Acta's share price is not significantly higher. I have seen other start up operations with not much going for them shoot up. Is it because the institutions and other share buying professionals do not believe the story ? DYOR

Share price manipulation by MM's could indicate behind the scenes attempts at a fund raising exercise. I have no proof just a suspicion. I still believe they need more cash for expansion. DYOR
