Yes Target, I agree with you re - the benefit of hindsight the board were idiots to turn down 1950p a share, but I dont have the confidence in the board that they manage to pick the winner of a one horse race.. Every decision they make is wrong and results in the share price declining.

Yes unhooked, £50 a share is a very distant memory now. I cant see it coming back either as too many shares in issue now combined with too many issues with no solutions.

The smart management moved on and the smart money sold out a while back. So now with 50% more shares in circulation those high prices will remain just a memory . Happy to be proved wrong as always, but no "Dead cat bounce" to be had here, just a slowly sinking ship imo.

A 20% dilution at a 5% discount. On top of the previous 20% dilution in Nov 23 to raise another £40m. Adding up to a dilution of over 50%.

Yes unhooked, I think the "new" board are not a patch on the old board that built the company. They have been sadly found to be lacking in necessary areas of strategy and leadership.

To see the share price in such decline that it is almost half the take over offer is certainly a concern.

May I suggest it is you who needs to get their facts right - it most certainly is not a 110m mkt cap company as you claim. You can see the mkt cap on the general info page for this share, it has a tiny mcap of just 10mil.

It is a tiny minnow with an mcap of just £10million.

On that basis Laughingas must be the cleverest man on the planet as he has been in charge of abt hundred companies.

So no, being in charge of 2 interlinked companies does not mean you are clever.

You still haven't addressed my question - you said Lunn was a successful director and had successfully turned companies around .

Please can you name any of them - which he has turned around or are successful ? As all the companies you cut and pasted from an rns are shells and not currently trading.

Heck, most are dormant and are just registered companies with lunn as sole director with no assets or money in the bank.

None of us know the answer as we are not in receipt of all the facts.

And no, it is not according to 'my logic' as you put it.

It is uk law or Corporate governance for want of a better expression.

CEO is primarily concerned with the company’s operational success, profitability, and daily management,

Chairman concentrates on board oversight and

corporate governance.

So draw your own conclusion, but the buck stops with the Chairman.
