Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
That 169, is better than 167.
I had hoped the same this morning when we poppy into 170 ( briefly)
Fingers crossed.
Gla
I had bought quite a few over 3 tranches.
High 210
Middle 171
Low 118.
My B/e is 154.
So let's head on upward towards the 210, even the 215 if needs must.
Gla
After the news of pay award for staff, which will cost us on the bottom line. But well worth it.
Hopefully we can now progress onwards to retest 174 ish this week.
Consolidation at 177 for 20 minutes before heading onto break into the 180- 190 range.
I saw it on muddy crystal ball.
Gla, hopefully a productive positive week for our SP
I see this as a good move on behalf of IAG, prevents strikes etc, happier staff (so to speak) could attract staff from other airlines.
Indeed it will affect the bottom line, but that bottom line is certainly increasing, and if they can continue in this vein, adding extra flights, with trained, happy staff, all bodes well.

Larry6
I think there are a lot on here, who have been patient 🙏🙏🙏
Gla
Well looks like RR has broken/popped into the 200 figure.
Oh, how it would be nice to see IAG break into new highs territory.
How, long will it take I wonder?
Gla
This share movement is just bonkers.
Is it now being manipulated for shorters to exit with little or no loss!!!
We can all pray that the figures suggested in Q3 are fab, and it enables them to lower debt even further.
Until then, let's twiddle our fingers!
Gla
The lube would be taxed at 20%, as it's for entertainment lol
Now that could be a good Carry on Film.
Well that's all I can say, is welcome England to the Dickford way of taxation, we been paying a minimum charge per unit here for a while.
You all forget the booze cruise across to Calais
Just another way to get more out of us all.
Nice to see them come to the table to grab their free lunch!!
Gla
Counting down to Q3 data.
Hopefully we should have tested new highs by them, especially with figures already quoted for the forthcoming 3 months to October.
Could we pop £2 by then, fingers crossed.
Most certainly I think we will soon be testing and passing out "old" high of 173.
Unless P does something really dull!!
Gla
Quite possible for any shoes to close, as suggested Market manipulation.
Gla
Starting to look better.
My B/E was 154 of three tranches.
My second tranche is getting closer at 171.
Roll on next week.
Quids in now, hopefully far better next week, when we surpass 172.
Gla
Looks like 159, is a resistance, not 160.
Be lucky to see a 5% gain let alone a 10%, with wishful thinking on 20%.
Well all that said, certainly a good set of figures in the RNS.
We'll all have to wait until we head for Q3 before we test new highs.
Gla
I give up with this share!!
I had hoped for a rise into Q2 figures, how wrong I was.
Well there's always Q3, or Q 4!!!
Gla
That the two weeks leading into Q2 figures after the completion of the buy back of shares, would have had the SP testing new highs.
However, I think the following comment seems to have had the opposite effect.. "Positive Catalyst Watch"
JPMorgan places International Consolidated Airlines on 'positive catalyst watch'
Fingers crossed, it may become Postive!!
Gla
Yep that's it.
Prob have another RNS tomorrow to confirm.
Hopefully test new highs
Gla
An RNS today or tomorrow to confirm buy back complete;
Today is the start of a climb to re-test old/ & new highs! As we head towards 28th July.
Gla
Buyback to date, close of markets
Friay 6/7/23
14,250,000 of 15,000,000
Only 750,000 needed, that should be sorted by end of play on Monday.
That will certainly give them a fortnight to hopefully re-test new highs, hopefully prior to Q2 results.
Roll on 28th July.
Gla
To date, close of markets
Thursday 6/7/23
13,425,000 of 15,000,000
Well they certainly made the most yesterday with the unexpected fall in SP.
Only 1,575,000 needed.
If SP rebounds today, they should get this buy back completed as early as next Tuesday/Wednesday.
That will certainly give them a fortnight to hopefully re-test new highs, hopefully prior to Q2 results.
Roll on 28th July.
