Muvver. It is not a 50% dilution to the company. It is that you get roughly 1 share for every 50 shares you own and £600 IS worth it IMO as you would make over a 30% profit straight away based on the closing sp on Friday. More importantly, you are supporting the company going forward so helping to secure your original investment. Btw You can always apply for more so maybe ask for £2k's worth. It will just scale it back but wont be below your £600 entitlement. Just make sure enough funds are in your account by Thursday if not before. N

1000000 shares Divided by 50 ( The dilution) = 20,000 shares that you are entitled too x .03p = £600.00. Or you can apply for more

HF14 You really need to try a chill a little bit. As Prep stated the results were very very positive indeed and should be viewed in a positive way.

Anyone new on the sidelines looking to invest would just view you as either a troll or a shorter as you never ever seem to have anything positive to say about the company you are supposed to be invested in!!!

I think you now need to be treated as either a troll or a shorter so that new investors can make a more balanced decision on whether they invest in this company or not. You have probably contributed very well in reducing the sp with your Troll like comments.

If a PI has all their shares held in an ISA and have no allowance left to use, they cant participate in the open offer anyway. As much as they would like to support the company and protect their investment there is nothing they can do!!!

Yes I can totally understand that Vince as my frustration at the BOD is as great as yours however, If the raise it not successful I could realise a loss in the many 10's of thousands of £'s, which I can ill afford!!!

I live in the hope that even after the Morocco failures, We weren't kicked off site and have been given the chance to continue the trial. I also hope, the big one MSC, the trial will go ahead which will cost MSC a lot of money to carry out, so they must be interested to at least go that far.

I will see whats said on Wednesday and will go from there. Totally understand and respect others decision not to throw more hard earned money at it though as we all feel let down by the BOD.

Before anyone makes a decision whether they will take part in the fund raise or not, it might be worthwhile waiting to see what the BOD have to say for themselves on Wednesday. Also their body language and speech.

I appreciate we have heard it all before and nothing ever comes to fruition, but I would like to see just how confident they are of getting something over the line (or not).

Tbh, its irrelevant to the majority of shareholders here who are already totally underwater. It's just made worse when you read a post saying that the price will be 1p in a month blah blah!!
It's fine, do all your TA stuff but do us all a favour and keep it to yourself. If you make money from it then good for you.
It is highly unlikely to make everyone dash out and sell when news could land at any time, and none of us know when that might be!

HF, try and be a little more positive. The trial is Scheduled to be COMPLETED next month. Its the first paragraph and heads all other trials in the statement. You have waited over a decade so i'm sure you can hold on for a few months longer

I agree in part what Fyoz says but as a shareholder I want my investment to grow. If that means supplying Maersk then so be it. If either MSAR or BIOMSAR are supplied to their fleet of suitable vessels that would be worth alot of money to both QFI and us as shareholders
Bring on all the shipping companies imo and just reward MSC accordingly

Not sure we should be thinking as low as 25 to 30p tbh.

We were circa 50p on Maersk trials alone!! ( I admit half the amount of shares in issue , so say 25p for just Maersk back then).

We now have MSC to replace Maersk who are even bigger and seem quite keen so thats more than 25p just for a trial!! Then add Morocco. Revenue and contract this financial year possibly. Then add Utah, The Americas!! Add on results from Aquafual that might unlock other opportunities!!!
A damn site more than 25 to 30p IMO
