I imagine it as as simple as there has been a fixed price / share sorted by Yanks (& obviously those in the know...). Day of de listing this announced and off go the certs and back comes the kites. There will be more losers than winners judging by historic SP. GL

Also; when Asda were bought ought by Wall Mart few yrs ago (from memory SP around 160 - don't quote me but I did have an interest at the time?) they paid 200 / share i.e. a premium on the Sp of the day. This would explain the recent hike.
