Member Info for new-to-market

Hi - Apologies, I have obviously missed the original post about the email. Can you tell me what this is for? I don't usually look at the board but the huge dip today has made me read about what is going on. I have a about a 3k loss in this share so would be good to keep in touch with a group who are in a similar position

There are 2 items to vote on and the links to find out what they are are next to useless. I have been trying to find them on the investor relations site. Can anyone (who has more patience than me!) help explain? Obviously one is to agree to the sale price

Would someone be kind enough to put a brief description of what the Corp Action is? I am on holiday and the brochure from Barclays is huge and difficult to read from a mobile phone - thanks in advance

I have had this problem with Barclays before - makes me wonder what they do with the funds? I have never received lost interest!!! HL always get the funds into the account the day they are due, and I have some of the same stock in both Barclays and HL

I have topped up - not a huge amount 7.5k which it will probably mean, like most of you that bought yesterday, it will drop further, but I am more than happy at these prices

UBS cuts Pearson to 'sell' (neutral) - price target 620 pence. That is one big difference of opinion!

The company stated "It is expected that the Court Meeting and the General Meeting will take place in July 2022. The Acquisition is currently expected to complete during the fourth quarter of 2022"

Well ahha - we got the answer on the final dividend - shame but I think it was only wishful thinking :)
