Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Thank you RMR. I'm new at this but I suspected that was what was happening, it's useful to have more experienced people confirm.
So basically their "rules" state they have to have £X amount of EUA. Price goes down, their holding drops below the £X level, they buy more shares to make up the difference?
The majority of the "Reddit" things you've read recently came from a section called WallStreetBets, which is known for doing crazy plays and so on. As someone who does actually read that, I can tell you that any thread created about EUA would be deleted immediately. They don't allow discussion of any companies with a less than $1 billion MCAP. I'm afraid we're just too small for them... right now :)
What happens? So far I've read that the SP should rerate up to within a few % of the offer price, but then what? Does the SP promptly tank as a whole bunch of LTH'ers offload? Is it worth holding on to after that? Does it go up again because of the big boys buying in at that point?
In which case, this technology could end up being of benefit to us even more because it will increase the potential uses of fuel cells! I hope it works out, it sounds very promising but so many things CAN be done but WON'T be done because of cost. Just think of the world we could be living in... Yes, I'm a dreamer!
Hi Ian, thanks for doing this and keeping track of everything, it's been entertaining to watch! I may as well throw my hat into the ring... and as an eternal optimist I'd like to be put down for tomorrow @ £1.20 please.
I don't post much because, as a new investor, I don't feel like I know enough of anything to really contribute. I'm very appreciative of those who do because every day I learn a little more about how things work.
That said, I did my own research on EUA and bought in before I ever discovered this BB. If you're here because you think the sale is going to make you some cash, then great and I hope everyone gets a lovely result. Personally I decided that even if the sale didn't go through, the potential of the mines and the company was enough to warrant an investment. The bouncy SP doesn't really bother me because of this mindset. Might help to look at it that way!
Crazy as it sounds, my average is 23p so I'd be more than happy with anything over say 46p. Admittedly I am very, very late tto the game and the people who have been here for years deserve more!
Yeah the last couple of days the LSE BBs have been very twitchy, sometimes hours of posts vanish for a couple of minutes before re-appearing.
