Im Sorry, but this RNS is what I wanted to hear. The year is not lost, Morocco is ready to go, MSC the legal things are resolved… So I just can say, the company has made what they can and we are on course to achieve our goals. But yes the communication was or is in this year miserable, but better communication as the results. I was afraid we will hear a stop on one or more then one front, what is not the case. And I know from my work experience, these big companies are a disaster to handle, but when they decide they are on board. So team just full steam ahead:)

Yes they have a product that can deliver CO2 reduction. But the problem is not the product, but real achievable scale, as there are not enough plant or animal fats available, and if you ask me they will never be. The same is for e fuels as we will not have surplus in electricity production in this scale where we can produce e fuels in a needed scale. Just because these facts I’m still on board with QED stock. So I hope quadrise can prove its flexible mixture of supply, concentration and scalability. What are the keys for success.

This are great news for us. Now the biofuel producers in US can buy soybeans for reduce price and make fuel out of it. So they get money for it that allows the price of biofuels to be competitive to bioMSAR or MSAR. If the money flow stops, the competition for us will fall. Or the shipping will not pay so for it if they can achieve the first steps of carbon reduction with a MSAR or bioMSAR product, that is a blend with water or to some procentige of bio waste products as glycerin, lignin…. What in the end would be great for the environment, because to destroy forests for soybean production that is not used for food,but for fuel is a Desaster…

The 2G BioFuels of Cepsa are from Organic waste like cooking oil, agro waste… So they are a good potential customer for bio MSAR equipment, and if they open the market for both in Asia as better…

I think the supply is not the problem… this is solved with the marketing concept where they do not own or sell the product, but technology. So fast scale up is not the issue. If there will be demand, the suppliers can buy the units and licenses… And the production of an small unit is not a problem, because equipment suppliers are all around the world. From this interview I just hear out that the market is ready for proven and accepted solution, that can deliver sufficient supply… so the diversification of components it’s a good strategy, where if there is no bio components, you burn MSAR, if you have sufficient feedstock you go for bioMSAR in different mixtures…. So the fundamentals are good. But as it was mentioned few times regularly framework has to be supportive to it. So let’s see what next months brings…

As I assume we where informed correctly, BioMSAR is cheaper and better as LNG, flexible for scale up and flexible in terms of feedstock of bio components, QED has still big market to deliver their solution on the table. Now is the question for few millions, will QED manage to get the chair on the table and will they be ready with good set of cards to play in this game….

All this news are ok, but real timeline is end of 2025 when we know what we have…. Boom or bust …

And again I go to sleep and see ya in 6 months when we know better :D I hope on the next AGM we can take a drink together and speak with Jason why the hell has it took so much of our patience for a brake through … I just hope that this investment story of mine will be in the end positive and a proof that all the big gains have to be paid in tears over and over, until the payday comes …

It’s not just 2%. If you take in account all motors and production plants that can use MSAR or bioMSAR the impact is much larger. Take in account that for refining oil you need energy, rotary kin as Morocco project, all the generators for electricity, and some trains can use the same product…. So the reach is far more then shipping industry…

Maybe not just bioMSAR, but MSAR we still have. What is cheaper as water :)… the blended staff with good petrol is for sure not.

In any case of dilution, with the SP now where it is and where it would be with a move like this it is not relevant for us….

How I see the market, there is just Quadrise with multiple sources and multiple variations of a product in alternative fuel sector. This point gives the MSAR and BioMSAR the ability to be produced in sufficient supply, all other have problems with reliability of sources or the source has to be first produced with high energy input, that is nowhere available at this point. So let it be :)

From technology part we have proven technology, from the commercial part we are week, that the company knows that, and prepare for it now is for me a game changer. Now is just a question who will it be and what are his resources. If we get on board with shell, the SP is overnight worth 1GBP upwards. So let’s wait for it…

If I read correctly, the test shows that with using this fuel, the customer achieves the environmental limits. Just this statement shows why the customer was so patient. If he would have to do any other changes it would be much more expensive as few pumps and new fuel. So from the perspective of commercial development I do not see problems, because now is the customer above environmental values, so he must do something fast.

110GBP/M for costs of a small company is not to much… and I saw that some have forgot we are active on Morocco project. Just a good combination of good test results and a fuel supplier for MSC and Morocco together would show a total different financial picture of next month’s as some are speculating.

We all know the BOD has troubles to provide results, we all know that the trust has to be again earned from their side, but we are on the same boat. We can trust the captain and his team or we can throw them of the boat, but does someone a better direction?

This bad mood on this chat is not helping.

I belive in QED product and in financial interest of company’s/customers. If the customer see that he can have in X% less costs he will jump on it. When one jumps many will follow immediately. So the market will tell what kind of product we offer. And the market will tell how much the QED stock is worth. Everything between is just speculation. So I still say… if the technology is not worth it, we will be broke next year, if it’s what we think, then…… and we do not have more time or money to prolong the time of results…. So see you in 6-8months :D … or when some investor comes puts an offer on the table …

In the moment when we start to get Cashflow, all the Tax reserves of 60M start to get value… if we consider that the MCAP is not even there, then I do not see anything under 30p realistic with a contract from anyone (Morocco, MSC, ….)in the pocket. But I still believe that with first Cashflow big institutional investors will come on board. And there is just a question where the MCAP can be. But we have to be patient and realistic, I’m to long on board to jump on every peak, but I’m waiting what will happen in next 6-8months.

I believe that institutional investors are back buying in…. This buys are not small investors….
